Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Haha, so it was. He likes reading all the info, and accidentally added ship while reading about it, then removed it. Didn't tell me about it, didn't realised it would be added to log

I've decided to offer all my mined ores for sale on my Carrier while in Deep Space, 17500LY from SOL.
However, it seems all my offers "disappear" as soon as the age of Data approaches ~4 hours or so.
Why does this happen?
I fear anyone interested seeing this happen just once would immediately think I am "playing Games" and for lulz placing fake sell orders or something - despite all offers being permanent.
What gives?
The way I see it, this behavior of the Price Info Page would quickly scare off any potential buyers, rendering my offers potentially useless.
PS.
Everything I got on my Carrier is either 75% Galactic Avg. (standard ores) or Galactic Avg. (high-end ores), simply due to being out in the woods.
Many LY from the nearest Station, the risk of "first come - first served" and the long distance must be rewarded after all... Getting here would cost alot of time and/or Tritium, so the price must be sexy.
(I don't like the idea of having to drag the Carrier to Colonia just to sell and empty my stuff)

I was kinda hoping eventually having several thousand tons of nice stuff for low price might work (sufficient incentive for a merchant Carrier).
But If that's how it'll work, I guess it's best to withdraw my sell orders and bite the sour apple once my Cargo hold is full and make those dreaded sales trips :/

Hey Pepper,
If you hover over a particular medal or ribbon you can see your progress and then undertake activity to be able to meet the requirements.

Those are counted just from the recent kills unfortunately (counted in from journals imported the same way). There is no lifetime value present in the journals, so it's currently the only way.

Depends on the information age - the older prices may be filtered out to provide traders must up to date/reliable information. Also, I have just made some experimental adjustments to apply the filter more dynamically (less traded commodities are having the filter much longer), which should help in some cases. But if you are talking about the LTDs - yes, good price and quite recent information/market update is the key. There is something around 800 LTDs trade offers just in the last 24 hours, so I must balance it to provide usable outputs.

HalexmorphHas anyone else noticed that many fleet carriers say they allow docking access for "all" in Inara but when you arrive they don't? Is this a bug or something the users are manually editing? And what purpose would it serve to lie about this? Trick diamond sellers into their quadrant to pirate them?

They changed the docking privileges since the last information update. But to be sure, do you have some fleet carrier names I can check?

For some unknown reason my Fleet Carrier is now no longer set as mine, instead it is now set as the owned by my second Account (Thor-Strindberg) and i cant change it back.
How can i change it back to correct? Or can someone here set it back to correct?

501 General VenatorIve a more or less small problem: Two days ago i created a new CMDR (2nd ACC) and updated him on Inara via the old method of log importing. I think i did then a mistake and imported some files from this first account (501 General Venator)

Provide a newer log from your primary account and ownership should revert back. Though Artie will probably have to manually remove the other false data you imported...

That's a possibility for sure. Only point of concern for me is that it's happened on every FC that buys diamonds. So I assumed it was just a feature that hadn't been implemented yet or something.
I tried to track my flight log to see if the FC in question at the time of this report was still in that system but it is not, and I can't remember what it was called. I'll report again with the FC name if it happens again. Sorry for the lack of details.

I just went 500ly to sell to a Fleet Carrier that wasn't actually there.
This site still shows it there, so how often does this site actually update its information to be correct? Why does my Fleet Carrier not seem to show on the buy/sell screens even though my market is open? Why do some things show they were updated just minutes ago, but others not in 10s of hours?
Been looking through the tabs for any instructions or Information, but found nothing. If you can point me to it that would be appreciated.
