Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

just a small bug: this is the gov status of HIP 23395, a LYR controlled system. As you can see, Sirius Special Forces, which are Corporate, appear to be Patronage at Karishnu.

Thanks for the report, it came that way from the journal, incorrectly. It seems the relatively new problem with obsolete star system properties is still present there and I should rewrite the parser to take the properties from the controlling faction instead. But Karishnu should be fixed with the recent (correct) update that just came in.

MojoroStar system info is getting clobbered repeatedly. See Shinrarta Dezhra, should be a Class K system but now it's showing up as Unknown. I've stopped correcting systems by hand. Suggest a one-time check of everything against EDSM, then lock certain fields unlikely to change in the game (star type, population, economy).
Yeah, I am planning to disable edit of some properties soon, it's getting annoying. I have no idea why people are unsetting it, they are probably thinking "I don't know the star system type, so I unset it" instead of keeping the value set already.

ArtieYeah, I am using the game terms, where the sell/buy are used always as a "sell to station" and "buy from station", so I am keeping that unified across the listings. But I understand the confusion, I will think about how to improve that while keeping the link to the game. Maybe just the table headers and menus (with export/import) while keeping the column names will do the trick?

I don't think we should worry about "what the game says" because it used to be as confusing as hell in the start. They do use Import / Export too in some places, but Sell and Buy in other places.
It's improved a bit, but they still have than confusion built into it.
There's no confusion as Export and Import are dealer or outlet centric terms.
Sell & Buy does not say anything about who's doing the selling or buying.
Import & Export does.
Demand and Supplies are Import and Export related terms (IMHO), they do not go so well with Sell nor Buy.
I see at least two page-views that could improve (yay, there's been some updates there already!) Thanks!

While I do have a square logo only for my Squadron I use the full size logo for the squadron page. It'd be nice to see a separate logo upload for use on the minor faction page so it doesn't look all chopped up as seen in the link below to CROSS Corp faction.

Thank you very much for the detailed proposal! I have made some further adjustments (menu renames, tooltips added), I would however like to keep the table column names untouched - to keep it unified between the listings and also to keep it unified with the game (so nobody will be thinking hard about what "import price" on Inara means in the game).

Please add some extra blank space to the logo sides. It will have no effect on the squadron page but shrinks the logo on the minor faction page. It's working workaround until some more clean solution.
