Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

You cant land or dock at Orbital Installations or Surface Installations. (note: "Installations" are not the same as settlements or stations.)
I did notice however that an odyssey settlement did get added to the system info, a few hours after it was updated via EDMC.
Though the market info did not get added even though I updated while the market was opened.
Flying near the installations should be good enough (the ApproachSettlement event is written into the journal). Similar it's for the megaships and orbital installations, here usually is sufficient to simply jump into the star system, unless the megaship is really far, in such case there is needed to be closer (so the signal event will record into the journal).
I am not sure about the settlement market information missing though - please double check that EDMC is sending data to EDDN, which is a primary source of the market data.

So the Installation's controlled info for a faction is incorrect as the majority of installation's are listed without Owner, distance, government, in regard's to orbitals anyway.
Landing at a surface settlement in odyssey didn't update Inara when I was using EDMC. but later when I checked the settlement had been added to the system info so I guess its just a longer period of time before it updates than I was expecting.
Markets are not being created on Inara for odyssey settlements as far as I can tell.

The installation ownership change is problematic as it rely on the minor faction data, but yes - there is no detailed information about the installations (orbital and surface) other than name in the journal otherwise, so the ownership may need to be updated automatically. The settlement properties are updated either via EDDN or journal import via Import Frontier data (no updates via API, as it has just partial data).

Frankie FornacisI have won at least 10 surface conflicts, but they are not being counted towards the mercenary badge on the front page of my Inara commander profile. I am rank rookie with about 45% left to go to reach my next rank, but under the mercenary badge on my inara profile it still says that I have 0 won conflicts, and I have participated and won several ground conflicts. Just a heads up since it seems the badge counter might be broken.
Have you done a "import frontier data" update? The info comes direct from your game data that FDev send out.

Not according your game stats, I am afraid. If you have completely finished those conflict zones, then it's a bug with these not being counted towards the stats reliably and in such case please report it to Frontier. The snippet of the stats received below:

Ill report it to frontier. I had completed quite a bit of medium conflict zones, and unlocked Hero Ferrari so that is a bit odd that it is not counting it..
It does say on my page that I was invited by Hero Ferrari, and it does have my rank of rookie, and the work up to the next rank. Also it did log my traveler stats, and my other stats. The bounty hunting stat was working just fine yesterday, and now its stuck at 7. Although its not counting any of my conflict zones. Its also counting the systems that I have currently visited on this character since I started over from my last save. Just a heads up since it seems some stats are being logged while others are not.

Are the fights getting logged in-game? Look in your Codex -> Commander -> Stats -> Combat
If they are then it'll reach Inara eventually once FDev sort their end. If it's not then you are stuffed until someone trips over the server and happen to fix it by accident. Customer support isn't their area of expertise.

Yeah in the codex it is logging my ship bounties so I have 10 currently although Inara says I only have 7 atm since I went to only a few resource extraction sites before hitting up the on foot conflict zones since ship fighting has gotten pretty boring. Although in the game itself it is not logging any of the on foot conflict zones that I completed so far. So I feel like this is just another bug with Odyssey. Thankfully it is logging my mercenary rank, and I did get invited by Hero Ferrari for completing the on foot conflict zones that I did so it seems that the system is only not logging the completions in the codex. Not going to sweat it at the moment.
Also just did a refresh of the import data from frontier and it seems that the game is logging everything except for the mercenary stuff. Like bounties updating is fine, systems traveled is fine. Seems to be only the Odyssey on foot stuff that is not showing up.
I am going to make a bug report if I can, but yeah support is not so good. Hopefully they sort this out by update 6...
Edit - Went to the Issue tracker on the frontier website, and it seems that someone had also reported the issue of the codex not logging any statistics on the ground conflict zones. Thankfully mercenary rank still works, and I was able to unlock Hero Ferrari so I am not too worried about it. So I added my two cents to that bug report. I am hoping the issue is fixed before update 6, but it does seem that the codex is broken for some commanders at the moment. Thanks for the help o7

trotusHi, strange calculation of several missing things in https://inara.cz/cmdr-craftinglists-components/207414/#tab_commanderinventoryshiplocker. For example it says i need 55 Weapon Schematics i need only 16. I have checked it manually. And on the detailed page it shows lot of weapon that i don't plan to upgrade. I think it tries to calculate missing thins as if i wanted to upgrade all weapon in my inventory
Hello, it looks alright to me? If I sum all the Weapon schematics required for your weapon upgrades set in your craftings lists (G4 to G5 twice, G3 to G5 once), it's 55. On the individual crafting list page it shows just the stuff for that individual upgrade/mod/etc., but all the upgrades/blueprints/etc. are also shown below just for the better information about "the whole process" without a need to go to the blueprints/upgrades pages.

I would like to propose a small change: so that the medals not yet received (tier 0) are not displayed in the main profile, and the progress can be viewed, for example, in the "ranks and reputation" tab. It's just that everyone has a different style of play and few people pay equal attention to all activities, but empty medals look quite sad.
