Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Edit: so it didn't seem to work, but I'll try another import in a couple hours and when I'm in-game.

EDIT 3: nah dude something just isn't right, updates used to be 100% accurate every time I pressed import, but ever since my initial post I never get accurately updated, even ingame and by reseting my link. Maybe it's something with Epic Games, idk
Another strange thing, whenever I visit the front page of this site I see a random user screenshot, and again since my initial post every time I go to the front page the screens are the same. There's got to be something wrong with my browser settings, maybe a new firefox update borked something. I'll try on another browser...
EDIT 4: importing worked just fine in Chrome, with accurate stats/credits. Firefox update must've messed something up for me and this site.

New here and I am trying to import my frontier data via my Xbox account….but every time I get the following error :
The Frontier's service is down or didn't return any relevant data, please try to repeat your request later.
[httpCode: 200, fetchCode: 0]
Does not matter what browser….or type of computer I use…it will not import my data.
What to do…?

This bug happens in supercruise I will be cruising along towards my destination and all the sudden the throttle goes nuts and won't respond to input . Instead it's runs away at full throttle and i have to exit the game to correct it or blow up my ship. This happens at least twice per session sometimes less sometimes every time I go anywhere in Elite

ArtieHello, it appears like the incorrect Xbox account was linked due auto-login. Please go to the Xbox site first, logout there and then re-link the account on Inara (via Settings). It should ask for your Xbox credentials during the process this time, so you can verify a correct Xbox account was used.
Tried the above several times…still getting the same error…really weird…

Yeah, it's odd. In this case you can try another Xbox account if you have any, for a case the game/commander is associated to such other Xbox account on Frontier's end for some reason. If it won't work or it's not an option, please contact Frontier's support about it, as there is nothing I can do. The OAuth profile is properly linked, but fetching the commander and journal data gives nothing, like the incorrect account was used or the commander doesn't exists under it.

NumaSomething wierd is currently happening with the total assets. Verified ingame assets are about two billion higher than the sum of my fleet, modules and cash. The game seems to add the credits in the carrier bank.
I think the fleet carrier is not being counted in (yet). But since the last game update, it appears the personal equipment values are now calculated towards to overall assets and as engineered suits and weapons are insanely expensive, it may inflate the overall assets a lot.
