Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Have had this issue of updating not going through ever since a recent PC hardware upgrade. Not a single time has it managed to get the whole data. I've reset the Fdev account link, twice. But it was of no help. Anything I can do to remedy this, can anyone offer any advice? Error code 504.

Thanks.

It's a problem on Frontier's end. I have adjusted your import date a little to skip two days, please try to import again.

Iwao KishiroWhat about creating a separate Game talk which would be labeled "Spoilers"? It dawned upon me when I went to Game talk.

Hmmm... what exactly do you consider as spoilers? I am not very certain about that...

Hello, the kills for the medal are counted by Inara "manually" from the respective journal events, but the number of encounters is taken from the Statistics event and should correspond to the stats in the game. So, if the number of encounters in the stats isn't increasing as expected, please report that to Frontier.

I was wondering about a question here myself. My Xeno Medal is showing 0 kills. Yet our Hutton Helper (which gets its data from Market Connector) says I have 788 kills.
Why wouldn't these show up in my journal logs?

Do you want medal for being racist and kill diferent race in their habitate? What a guy...

Oh Yes!

Any advice on how to fix this? I'm returning to the game after a long stint away but I can't seem to have any luck getting past this message when trying to sync...

[9:15 PM]
The Frontier's service is down or didn't return any relevant data, please try to repeat your request later.

It seems you have linked an incorrect Xbox account (probably due auto-login) - please go to the Xbox site first, logout there and then re-link the account on Inara. It should ask for your Xbox login this time, so you can check a correct one is used.

Problems again, not updating...

Maybe you can help again, Artie?

Btw will it leave some of the things I've done in game out from my ranking if you skip the data for a day or two..? Would not like that too much, since I try to keep my rank up as part of content at this point, but if there is no other way then I guess it will have to do.

Adjusted, please try again.
I am not sure if it was your case, but Frontier's server sometimes doesn't like a high amount of relogs and/or their quick succession, there are often problems to fetch such journals and as far as I know, reducing the relog frequency should help with that. In any case, skipping a day or two has no effect on the rankings stats (it gets updated at the session starts as a whole), the only thing that can be missing are Thargoid kills (as it needs to be counted from the events, due a lack of the general number in the game stats).

Hi there,

the data and items are not updated correctly in the https://inara.cz/components/#tab_items

But they are updated correctly in the inventory link:
https://inara.cz/cmdr-craftinglists-components/#tab_commanderinventoryshiplocker

So if I look after the items I have for: Xeno-Defence Protocols
The componenets list tells me a "0", but the inventory list a "1", which is correct.

Hello,
I am not sure that I understand the problem - the overall components list show a number of the component/material usage (in how many blueprints, upgrades, etc. it's used) to provide a quick overview how much is the particular component useful, not a number of components in the inventory. It is that? The number of owned components, etc. is on their detail pages.

Charlie 076I had my Commander name changed but doesn't take effect on inara. Is there a way to update it?
If I join a squadron from the ones listed on this site I don't want the wrong commander name on it.

Thanks!

If you mean Inara name, you can change it in the Settings > Account settings. If you mean your linked commander name, it may take a while sometimes, but you can simply push the name update with the account re-linking (in the Settings > Commander settings).

It says in Settings that my in-game name is Heather G but it still says Charlie 076 in the top right corner of my screen. Is that ever going to change? I want just want my new (actual) name. I did try to click on the Charlie 076 in the top right corner but that doesn't let me edit it.

Ah, then it is the Settings > Account settings, please change it there. The Inara name is completely independent from the in-game name.

Psst, Artie: Us Germans were blitzkrieg-ing GALNET again
