Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258
Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Misty PinesAunty SledgeMisty PinesDoes anyone else have the problem that the requirements for the Inara medals are not counted correctly? It concerns the market network and the reactivation missions.
The number of market networks remains at 191 (should be > 210). I also completed 25 reactivation missions of which only 11 were counted.
If they show in your codex they get there eventually. Log out of game, then back in (ideally on a different day), then run the Inara update, and boom you should have your medals.
Well, i'm already waiting more than a week and updated my profile a few thousand times ;-)
Sounds like you need Artie to work his magic. Something got messed up.

The market network issue is actually on FDev's end. Here is the ticket (please contribute so it doesn't expire)

Hello, as I just checked your journals I am afraid it both falls onto Frontier's head - they are not counting their own in-game stats correctly (and thus it's also wrong in the journal's Statistics event). It's more annoying that both conditions (market network and restore/reboot missions) are required for the engineers unlock, but that also gives a hope it will get fixed soon.
For the market network, please see and post your report in Burstar's link above, for the restore/reboot missions you can use this report, as I see somebody posted it there already.

OmegaPaladinI would like to request an Odyssey filter for the Market page. My computer can only run Horizons, and it is a pain to sort through the Imports, Exports, and Round Trips for non-Odyssey stations. It is especially annoying as the Odyssey stations are usually a better value
As DragoCubX said, please use the "Use surface stations" filter there and you can exclude all Odyssey stations easily.
I considered that. However, that also excludes a lot of surface stations that only require Horizons as opposed to Odyssey. There are some commodities you can only get at surface stations. If you could a specific Odyssey filter like you have on other pages, I would greatly appreciate it.

Nope, there are two options - "yes" for excluding all surface stations and "yes (exclude Odyssey stations)" that will exclude ONLY Odyssey stations, so you can use that. Maybe it's just not clear enough from that option.

Chase QuinnellSo when sharing Gallery links, will there come a time when posting the link (like https://inara.cz/gallery-image/imageIDhere/) in places like Discord will embed the actual image?

I've asked for something similar a while ago. Currently the site has meta tags which are generic to every page (apart from the title). When I'm sharing player, faction, or system info in things like Discord it would be nice if the details we more page specific so a week later when I'm trying to find that page again in the chat they are easier to find.
<meta property="og:url" content="https://inara.cz">
<meta property="og:type" content="website">
<meta property="og:title" content="CMDR Chase Quinnell - gallery [INARA]">
<meta property="og:description" content="The companion site for Elite:Dangerous. Market data, CMDR's logs, squadrons, logbooks, galleries, powerplay, engineers, blueprints, crafting, galaxy info, news and more...">
<meta property="og:image" content="https://inara.cz/images/weblogo3.png" />
However, this can impact the site's search engine optimisation, so it's not a change that would come without associated problems.

Re CMDR Asset total.
There is something wrong on INARA. I believe it's because FDev recently made a change* to the Asset total where the FC cost is now included in the CMDR total. But, it seems that FDev & INARA are now at odds over this. Currently the FDev daily import includes the FC asset cost and INARA removes it again when you update INARA via the API.

Fleet Carrier asset value has been added to the Commander total net worth statistic.

Yes, the image preview there is something I would like to add. No ETA yet (but you can post a direct image link instead of a page meanwhile - right click on the image > Copy image address).

It's caused by the fact the apps are not sending the overall assets value, just the credits and thus Inara must calculate it. In the case of fleet carriers, it unfortunately seems that the solution is not so simple as it may look like (there may be the fleet carrier's outfitting play a role in the value), so I have discussed this topic with the other app authors and they will be sending also the overall assets value alongside the credits via API in some of their future app updates. It should solve the problem.

OK, thanks.

Have an issue with the Combat Bonds/Conflict Zones updating. Seems to update my Rank just fine, but my Combat Zones and Combat Bonds handed in seem to be "stuck".
I have done 65 Combat Zones, it has reported 60 for a long time
I have handed in over 295 bonds yet it has reported 295 for a long time
I have tried manual refresh, log reload to no avail.
Can provide proof of progress if required. Thanks.

Is your codex updating in-game? FDev broke the codex in the last patch as things like trading stats aren't updating any more. Don't know if this is related, just thought I'd mention it.

The conflict zones should be updated to 65 at your next import (via Import Frontier data button), it's in the stats written into the journal after the last import (only the imports made via this button and Inara auto-updates are counted in, to prevent manual edits of the stats when using other import/update methods). The combat bonds will however stay at 295, as it's the official number in the in-game stats. If it's wrong, then it indeed may be a case as Aunty mentioned and please report that to Frontier.
