Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

I had to do a mission for Colonia Council to *remind* him that I was already allied with them. Gave him the data for the referral, but the referral didn't "complete" like the previous ones did, so it's either broken, or you might need 3 referrals to access the final one.

Thanks for the report! That was a nasty bug and I am surprised it wasn't discovered earlier. Fixed.

Would it be possible to either search (Nearest) Star System for War and High Ground Combat Zones or include them in system info (going to a system in war shows what planets have CZs and their level - Low Med High)?

I have no idea if that data is available or not. A friend spent an hour trying to find a High Ground CZ. Currently I think the only way is to go to Frontline, select to sign up for a war and then scour the planets for a settlement with a High CZ. That only lists the battles for that system.

Maybe you could check for Odyssey settlements under control of one of the factions at war to indicate whether there might be ground CZs or not? Just an idea

The problem is that even if I will presume that all settlements under a control of some particular faction in the conflict are having the conflict zone (which may be true, didn't check), there is no indication of the conflict intensity happening there. The possible option may be to determine the settlement subtype from the economy type, landing pad sizes, etc. and try to figure out if it corresponds to the conflict zone intensity (assuming it's constant for the particular settlement subtype). But I have no idea how many settlement subtypes are there, if it's possible to derive it from the other known properties and if it does relate to the conflict zones at all. It all requires quite a deep research, so if anybody wants to take a look on that (as it's quite a lot of work)...

Upon a Frontier import, my carrier's market stop showing thargoid-related buy orders.  Black market was never installed...
