Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

NumaThe new image doesn't work, that is the problem, it comes up blank.

Ah, now I see the issue - fixed (just disable and enable the signature image, to re-generate it). Thanks for the clarification (and report).

To who it may concern - Not sure if this is a bug or not

Just letting you know when I’m trying to read the Influence  percentage on my squad through my mobile phone web browser most of the right side of the page is cut off. I cannot see or move the page over to see the rest of page site. Browsers I’ve tried it on are brave chrome and safari and they all had the same result it was working fine a couple days ago before the maintenance and update that happen yesterday.

Ive notice in the last few day a problem with the mission board and passenger lounge on at least the play station 4. Log into the game and interaction with flight navigation all work fine, but when you access mission or passenger boards for turning in or accepting missions you get kicked back to the main menu. Wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this?

Somebody want to explain the INARA faction sub-menu tab structure to me?

(The smaller brownish one below the orangish main tab bar).

Sometimes "Nearest" shows. than vanishes. And "Outfitting", And others.
Obviously they are contextual, but I can't get them to show predictably.
Not seeing the structure.

That's odd, the shortcut bar is fixed - whatever is put there always stays. There is no reason why any link/shortcut should disappear and if that's happening, it's some bug with the browser output. Do you can send me a screenshot/check the code when that will happen?

Just a heads up - I will be doing another maintenance tomorrow (Friday, starting around 11am UTC). It should be shorter this time, but it will still take 2-3 hours at least. Hopefully, there will be less troubles than last time.

It's someone else's, and critically acclaimed. Poems need not rhyme, once you're out of grade school.

No idea, it seems to be working just fine at the moment. But as the images linked there are from the outside source, it's out of my control.

So, the transfer of Inara to the new server looks quite good this time. There are still some minor hiccups and no EDDN (market, minor factions, etc.) updates running yet, but I will hopefully solve this ASAP.  

Apologies for the troubles meantime.
