Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

So I guess you got both a new Inara account and a new Frontier account, yes? Just making sure you don't have other accounts and used the wrong login data.
Though the HTTP 400 status code means "bad request", so perhaps just trying it again in a few hours would already solve the problem.

DragoCubXAnother feature request: Make it possible to see how long a certain state has been active (BGS, for any faction).
Maybe in the form of a "tooltip" when you hover over a state, it could say "state active since at least" or something similar
Would be really helpful for managing a faction with presence in many systems so you can easily estimate when certain states should be over etc.
Hmmm... maybe. It's not so simple as it need to fetch the historical data and I am not storing time deltas on state changes (as it's faster with the updates). But I will think about that. Meanwhile, the minor faction influence chart in star systems includes also the states observed there on the line tooltips.

Quite a few times now (More than 20), A carrier is listed on Inara as Docking access ALL. Though when you get there its set to Friends only or NONE.
And the update time is very low, sometimes 5 mins.
Is this trolls or a bug in Inaras reporting of Docking access ?
I want to deploy some improvement this week which may help a little bit, but as the fleet carrier docking access can literally change any second, 3rd party tools will be always behind to some extent. What I want to do is to rid off the "bad" fleet carriers more swiftly where possible and when the information is known, as update all of them realtime is not possible (with the thousands of active carriers on Inara spamming of the Frontier's server is not an option). Let's see how that will work.
MakesifterBit of an odd situation but I wanted to see if Inara's tooling could already help with this:
I'm trying to completely fill my inventory with components, so I can easily identify which components I burn through during normal play and top up as necessary. I don't have a specific list of things I want - I just want the ability to grab anything at a moments notice
Once you have a crafting list set up, Inara's tooling to show you how to trade efficiently to get what you want is amazing. What I'd like to know is, is it possible to set up my "missing components" as just the maximum of each component that I don't have the maximum of? That way, Inara can show me the best trades to make from components I can easily get to the ones that are a bit more difficult.
The only way I can think of doing this with the tooling currently available is to identify a combination of items that require everything in the game, but that seems a bit long-winded.
Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
I am not entirely sure what exactly do you want achieve? Do you can provide some example, please?

I could not get the below "LEGAL" (not tagged as stolen) Items to list on Inara as being bought by My FC.

It turns out you need to be in a system which doesnt have a government or alows these Items. For them to be listed on Inara as being bought by your FC.

problem is
i only owned 1 and still have it
and i haven't logged into the game in weeks
any clues ??

Interesting, thanks for the information. I didn't know that the fleet carrier endpoint market data are also being filtered by the allowed commodities in the star system. That sucks. I will add it to a list of problems (on top of the black market data) with the Frontier's FC endpoint.

Your profile was auto-updated and your fleet was synced. It seems there were two excessive Adders in your fleet (both named Golden Bug Crawler) and thus these were removed.

Hello, it seems you are suffering by the exactly same problem as Hannah Drachenblut above. It's an issue on Frontier's end (it rejects OAuth access token on their cAPI endpoint, although the token is certainly valid), probably caused by the rough start on Epic games store. Let's see if it will be sorted out in a couple of days on their end and if not, it will worth to contact Frontier's support about that...

Actually its still doing it in an empty system with no government, It removes the items I listed before, If i just dock at my FC and I have EDMC on.
I then need to goto my Market and update from EDMC.
