Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

As said by Aunty, please report any game related problems on the FD forum or their support site instead. I cannot do anything about that here.

Brad ParkerSo I've recently started importing my ship data as SLEF, allowing for loadout comparison and easily displaying what I still need to do for a ship in terms of engineering. It would be really useful if you could then have your crafting lists automatically generate in the respective tab based on said incomplete engineering.

Definitely on the list, no ETA yet.

So, can anybody please test their game account linking via EGS (if you have claimed free Elite copy previous week, of course). To do so, you can either link your account for the first time or reset your current link and link it anew while using the EGS button at the start of the process. Both can be done in Settings > Commander settings. Thanks!

Hi, I'm a new player from the Epic giveaway. Thanks for that! I just tried it now. Reset my link and successfully signed in with Epic, I can confirm. However, I'm still getting the
Your access/refresh tokens expired or there is a new authentication required by Frontier's service. Please perform a new authentication.

error that I was getting before with the Frontier link. But I assume that's an external problem here.

Hi,

I bought a fleet carrier recently, and on the "MISC" tab it's showing travel history, and stored ships/modules from before I made the purchase.  I assume the carrier ID was previously in use for something that's been decommissioned?  As far as I can tell the docked commanders haven't played for a few months (or at least uploaded their data).

Is there any way I can fix the data?

It seems something slipped through pruning on a fleet carrier owner change, thanks for the report. Fixed and cleaned.

Maybe there already is such a thing and I've just not found it, but let me ask:

Can we have a mission view (for squadron missions) that will show all missions of your and allied squadrons and factions you personally support? One that excludes all public missions from squadrons you have no relations to.

Would be a nice QoL improvement for me, as currently finding an allied squadron's missions is far too convoluted imo.

I would like to request an additional feature that use existing data.   I would like to see a graph of my Inara Rank and possibly the various Elite Ranks.  I figure it might look like the Assets tracker.

The current display shows both encoded and raw material trader present at the station.

My INF+ and Missions Don't Appear at: Squadron Faction Activity

I have the following:
  • EDMC Current Version
  • Canonn 5.23.0 Plugin
  • EDR Plugin
  • Correct/Functional Inara API Key (confirmed)
  • EDMC
  • Successful Frontier Login
  • EDMC Output File Location: D:\Dropbox\Gaming\ED\Logs\Market Connector
  • EDMC Journal File Location: Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous
What am I still doing wrong?

A number of my images in my gallery have disappeared, but I know they still exist because the images are attached to some of my logbooks entries. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help?

I've just jumped back into the game after a bit of a hiatus and logged into inara to track my progress, Imported Frontier Data but im not seeing any change in my profile since May 2020. I get the following when I import Frontier Data:

OBTAINED FRONTIER ID: 6700426
OBTAINED COMMANDER NAME:
OBTAINED GAME PLATFORM: PS4
GAME JOURNAL IMPORT 2020-12-02: OK
FLEET CARRIER UPDATE: Skipped

This is followed by a "data imported successfully" message, but nothing has been imported or updated, Ships, Credit info, Ranks, Everything is the same as it was in May, although I have defiantly made progress since then.

I've tried disconnecting & reconnecting my account, gave it a few days for things on frontiers end to catch up, nothing.

Any ideas?
