Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Thanks for fixing the left sidebar issue

HojothefoolIdea:
- Make "Missing components" sortable on each "level" of mats ( so a single in game line g1-g5)
Right it can be a bit of a struggle if you need a lot of maths to constantly search for the right mat in game. I

- Make Personal Logs searchable.

You mean that the components should be sorted by their tier in each category there, right? That's a good call.
The search for logbooks is something that I would like to add for sure.

Wow brilliant m8, thanks for all your hard work.

Oh wow, just seen you also fixed it so that carriers cargo now lists the items only once, instead of multiple times for the varying cost of the item.
Great work, loving what I see so far !!!!
So good I can now click on my cargo amounts and see what things I need to collect much easier, it was hard work when you have as many items as I do.

Thanks

Yep, it's one of the sneaky non-mentioned improvements.

James HussarNope. Not really digging the new Market layout.

Good feedback, thanks!

I have my reason for all the changes there, partly based on my observations and primarily on the feedback of other commanders. But, for those loving the old, more compact (but limited) style of listings, I have added an option for it just now. Also, there can be used an anchor #marketcontent (like this) for jumping right to the main page content, skipping the search form. The min. profit limit based on the distance set was always there, by the way (nobody is interested in low profit on larger distances, you can get those basically anywhere just around the corner and it helps the optimizer to find the routes faster). But it's right it may look rather confusing, so I will keep this information just on the listings.

Is there a way to filter Fleet Carriers out of this list?

https://inara.cz/commodities/

I really like seeing Carriers most of the time, but would love a toggle so that I can see the Profit/Sell/Max/Min columns of just stations for building on-going trade routes (then toggling Carriers back on). Carriers generally don't have the capacity to support long haul runs over time.

If not currently a method to do this in that listing, guess this is a request

The general commodity list doesn't contain any fleet carrier prices due its volatility, so the mins, maxs, etc. are counted just from the regular stations. The "Filter carrier" button at the top right corner of the  table is just for the individual commodity listings.
The trade routes listing doesn't contain any carriers at all (for the reason you mentioned), too.

The "copy to clipboard" button doesn't seem to work from the trade route search results.

Will there ever be a realistic space sound mode?

Great, thanks! I love this new trade route feature!

Another thing I've noticed is an issue with prices appearing in the correct buy/sell column when you look at the details for a station - under the station's market tab. Under the export/import tabs, the information seems to be correct.

For example, a profitable trade route will show prices, for a given commodity, under the buy column for both the exporting and importing stations.

Also, I've noticed that I get negative profit numbers in some cases where the numbers are showing up in the correct columns..

Hmmm... I am not entirely sure that I understand the problem with buy/sell columns. Do you have some screenshots to illustrate it, please?
The negative profits may happen especially in the favorite routes, if the prices changed meanwhile and the trade route/commodity stored can be sold only at loss (as it's a favorite route, I am not removing it). If that's the case?

Here is an example:

As you can see from the Market tabs, both stations report that you can buy Bauxite, whereas the one in Sedna should be reporting that you would sell there. The station in Sedna does report correctly that Bauxite is a profitable import on its Import tab.

It's interesting that when I look at another example with Agronomic Treatment, the importing station does report correctly that you would sell there (in the Market tab).
22 Jan 2021, 10:55pm
Ah, that! Thanks.
As far as I know, there should be still possible to sell the commodity for profit, although there is no demand at all (that's why it's displayed there, it can still bring very nice profits due high base price). Or there is an exception for metals and minerals (as it can be also mined) and it's not valid for such type of commodities?
22 Jan 2021, 10:58pm
Oh, it might be something to do with the demand in that station. Depending on how it's handled in the code, perhaps you classify it as a "buy" item if the inventory is low (or zero)?
22 Jan 2021, 11:08pm
What the trade routes finder (and market, too) is doing is that it takes the lowest prices for "buy" when there is a supply on one side and highest prices for both "sell" and "buy" on the other side, even with the zero demand. Because to my information, it doesn't matter if the station is actually demanding the commodity - if it's at least selling it, you are still able to sell the commodity for the full (or near-full) price set there as "buy". It means, as an example from the screenshot you provided, you should be able to sell Bauxite at Sedna Market for 32,189 Cr, even there is no demand at all. I should probably add some note about it to the trade routes to make it more clear (such note is in the market tooltips already).
