Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

There was a problem with Frontier's service while requesting the data. Please try to re-link your account (reset account link in the Settings) and repeat your request.

Hello, please try again. It seems to be just error 206 at the moment, which is solvable by waiting a couple of minutes and trying again. I already made some "warm up" so Frontier's server should now serve the journals to you faster without that error.

Previously on the Engineers page, where it shows their location underneath their name it used to show me the distance to there from my current location, but it no longer shows that (picture below for reference).
I don't know if I've done something wrong at my end or if it's a site thing. Could anyone clarify/help?

It may not work when your current location is out in the black (which seems it was a case for a few star systems you flew through recently). It should be displaying the distances again closer to the Bubble/Colonia

It may not work when your current location is out in the black (which seems it was a case for a few star systems you flew through recently). It should be displaying the distances again closer to the Bubble/Colonia

Im part of a MPF called Armada. Our Squadron is also Armada, Squad tag ARMD.
Im trying to link our Squadron to our MPF and was advised to go to Edit Squadron -> RELATED MINOR FACTION (PRIMARY)= Armada...and also make -> RELATED MINOR FACTION (SECONDARY)= Armada.
The Drop down list populates correctly but when I hit save the second entry disappears and the linking doesn't occur.
Any ideas on what Im doing wrong?

you have set everything correctly, setting the faction as primary is sufficient (there is no need to set it twice). If do you want to have your squadron listed on the minor faction page, please set your HQ visibility to all and not just for squadron members.

Don't be in a rush to get the ribbon, but post an image when you have a good image to share. Ya ribbon will come.

Probably not at the moment, it doesn't seem there is a huge interest for that, but it may change later.

Yes, one image is not enough and couple of images may sometimes work, however there is no point in spamming gallery with images. If they are... well... let's say not overly popular, you will loose the ribbon sooner or later anyway (if you ever get that). So, it's about a natural progress - pick your best images, post it to gallery and the ribbon will appear (and also the better images may get you the higher ribbon grade).

If I may offer some advice, as a semi-pro photographer in RL, set your scene, center the viewers' attention on the subject & place it in the middle, try to balance the objects in your shot & try to choose something not necessarily what you might find worth saving (Gallery isn't meant to be a scrapbook for all one's screenshots) but as more a showcase of what others are likely to find worth 'liking'... your best work.
Don't forget to include something in the Comment section which might accent or add to your screenshot.
It might take some precise maneuvering, placement (since you're having no control with a paintbrush, etc) leveling, angle, time & patience. Practice!

I've noticed in the Personal Logs > Missions section that certain missions don't show the influence gains when completing the mission. Some show only a single '+' mark when I know it was worth at least '++' and others don't show anything at all when it was a '+++' or more mission - especially true for Election Courier missions. I would like to use this tool to help me keep track of BGS mission influence rewards and game-play that I'm heavily involved in. I'm not sure if this issue is system-wide or just limited to my account (which is linked to Xbox). I've seen posts in some Discord channels that look like they're getting more accurate influence information than what I'm able to get.

I've reset the thing countless times, tried linking via frontier, via my steam account and neither have worked.

Appreciate all the interest in my question on the Gallery Ribbon. Taking all of it on board. It's not that I'm a, 'Gong hunter' but just trying to progress.
