BeardedHonusI'm not sure if this is the right thread to post in, if it isn't please forgive me. What can I do if the system I am currently in doesn't show up in the search results?

There are 2 reasons why this could happen that I'm aware of.

1. You misread a letter/number. Try swapping a 0 for an O or similar things if that appears in the system name.

2. The system genuinely doesn't show up in third parties. I have no idea why this issue exists or where exactly Inara pulls that data from. But other sites and the Fuel Rats IRC run into it too so if the above doesn't help just try looking for a system next door if possible. (this mainly helps if you're trying to look for something nearby or use a route plotting tool)

I copied the system name over from EDSM, but even typing just a part of the system name, it won't show up in the drop down selection and Inara also won't update my current location like it usually does. I'm bouncing around in deep space, so maybe it isn't in Inara. I'd like to know how to add it and it's planetary information.

AttemptsAtFlightSometime today all the engineering on modules disappeared from all my ships on Inara. I'm not quite sure when exactly it happened but I'm wondering if it's an issue for anyone else. Updated logs via EDMC as well as Frontier import after going to outfitting, engineering still isn't showing up. Stored modules look like they're all fine.

Chase QuinnellAre there any plans to implement the ability to put personal notes on stations or systems pages?  Would be nice to have the ability to make our own little notations for personal reference - similar to how you can on EDSM.

Cl4ptpI noticed today that My Fleet contains a mixture of my two commanders' stable of ships. It used to track whichever commander was logged in and playing. The total Assets is inflated because of this. Reloading Inara, logging out and in of the commander does not help.

Maybe. Actually, I was just thinking about revamping the notes a few days ago. The option to add notes to stations was there a few years ago, but it was not very used so it got removed. Maybe there is a time to give it another shot (and with more options).

I suspect allowing player factions to add notes to systems that only their members could read would be really use to their BGS co-ordination. It might also be useful if all those faction added notes could be read in one place in the faction page so they could centrally managed. Colour coding might also be useful as BGS tasks often have a priority rating and/or short and long term objectives.

Another update - I will keep it short, as certainly everybody's busy playing.

• Various improvements were made to the Nearest searches. You can now set more parameters there and further refine your searches. As the forms can get quite overwhelming due to these improvements, there were also quick searches with the most common stuff added. If you would like to have further (and generally useful) parameters in there or if you have any suggestions for additional quick searches to make things more comfortable, please place them here as usual. Also, for convenience, the Search section was extended for the nearest and outfitting searches, too.
• A new full-text search was added for the discussions.
• As mentioned a few days ago, the best trade routes in the market were improved and they now contain also round trips. More profit! Yay!  ;)
