Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

You know what people would realllly love. Quick searches for High Grade Emissions locations.
Below are my notes on where to find them, but others might have their own views on this.
Proto Light Alloys - Independent/Alliance Expansion/None
Proto Radiolic Alloys - Independent/Alliance Expansion/None
Military Supercapacitors - Independent/Alliance War/Civil War
Pharmaceutical Isolators - Independent/Alliance Outbreak
Proprietary Composites - Federation Election/None
Core Dynamics Composites - Federation Election/None
Proto Heat Radiators - Independent/Alliance Boom/None
Improvised Components - Independent/Alliance Civil Unrest
Imperial Shielding - Imperial Election/None
Military Grade Alloys - Independent/Alliance War/Civil War
One rule that I add to this which again people might disagree with, it it's not the system owner that matters as much as the factions involved.
So, a Fed system might have two Imp factions in an election. That would produce Imperial Shelding and not Core Dynamic Composites.
Your search can handle faction as well as system searching, but you'll have to decide which formula is the correct one.
Also, would it possible to let players save their own quick searches?

Actually, for the engineering components, I was thinking about placing such lists directly to the component page, but I need to take a pass over all components as it seems some info about where to find them may be slightly outdated or too wide (as it was entirely crowd-sourced). Is E:D wiki reliable for the up-to-date information or there is some more comprehensive list? Good point about the controlling faction - I think Frontier stated the USS types are based on the general influence of the factions in the system (so more influence = more likely certain USS types will be spawned). So although it's usually a control faction (as most influential), it may not be always true. It's currently possible to achieve via minor faction searches in the Nearest, although it's not so obvious.
Yes, the custom quick searches are something I would like to add later. I just need to "standardize" some other forms for it first.

Your entries need to be a little bit longer. Generally, people are usually not very interested in reading short stuff like personal notes, etc. so there is advised to make entries longer and cohesive, something worth of readers' attention and time. Thus short entries are not displayed there.

Chase QuinnellSo I ran into a bit of a dilemma. Is there not a way to search for illegal goods in nearby systems & markets? Trying to find a place nearby that has outlawed something like Tobacco is a real chore.
There are no black market data coming over usual sources like EDDN, as the game outputs doesn't provide it, so it's a problem to have a search over that (as there are no data). But, there is no real point in it anyway, as its prices are 75% of the regular market. So only reason why to sell to black market is having a stolen cargo, for the profit is better to use regular markets.
Pax RabbitIt seems there is a problem with the Game --> INARA data with respect to Engineered Advanced Multi-Camnons and engineered Advanced Missile Racks, the engineering level and special effects are not appearing in the "My Fleet" view.
Case in point, where I have Advanced Multi-Canons and Advanced Missile Racks fitted in my current fleet (e.g. https://inara.cz/cmdr-fleet/17361/47405/) they are not showing in INARA as being engineered at all.
It's because of the ship loadouts are written only at the full ship loadout updates (events written into the journal, usually the the session start, when switching the ships, etc.). As the modules doesn't contain unique IDs in the journal it's a problem to identify them individually (and reliably). I suppose it should get correctly updated at your next session start.
