Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Ni6h70wl When I import data first time, I got the same message. But data got imported. Logout, login, maybe it works.


Unfortunately that didn't seem to help. I'd initially tried to do it a few days ago and have logged out and back in a couple times since then. It's able to link the account, but not able to update any cmdr info.

If it matters, under in game name it says "verification pending". Which it's said for quite a while.

Hmm...

Do you linked the frontier account with xbox? Can you connect inara with your xbox account?

It appears to be a problem on Frontier's end (I've got reported the very some problem for another Xbox commander recently, too). I will send you some details for their support into a PM.

It appears to be a problem on Frontier's end (I've got reported the very some problem for another Xbox commander recently, too). I will send you some details for their support into a PM.


I don't think it's limited to Xbox, Frontier seem to have fallen asleep on me as well (PC). I suspect something needs a reboot at their end.

update: Seems to be working now.

Hi - I have ED on PC plain -- no steam, no epic, nada.  Please point me to a USA page (US dollars) where I can pre-order the alpha of Odyssey.  TY! // Edit: come to think of it, that may not exist. I seem to recall paying pounds when I bought ED. And of course its a British company. Jees - what am I thinking? Excuse me for being USA-centric....

How do I link that? I assumed that it was just pulling my game info from the xbox server when it said that the link itself was successful.

Oh k, when I go to my xbox account, under apps and services that I've given access to my account, frontier is listed. But when I go to my account on frontier, it lists no third party accounts linked.

Try that it get linked, after that it should work. Otherwise I have no idea anymore. ????????

But again, how do I link it? There's nowhere on the frontier website that I can find to link it. When I do a google search all I can find is essentially "start up the game", (which I've done, since I've been playing it for a while now). And as I said up there the xbox site says it's linked.

At the bottom of Frontier's own store you can change language and currency. As easy as that!

LeifI have recently bought a fleet carrier, but I'm missing an option for "My Fleet Carrier" in the shortcut bar.
Also I tried using a workaround by using the direct link without the specific numbers (inara.cz/cmdr-fleetcarrier/), but it only brought me to the fleet page. (I believe that is not intentional)
Keeping on the fleet carrier topic: While there is the option to upload my own picture of it, it sadly only displays in small format on the fleet page. Instead there's an ever-same banner on the fleet carrier page. I would wish for more screen space to display my FC's might beauty!

It appears the auto-update feature of the imported data hasn't updated since March 5th and 12:11 PM EST for my CMDR. Prior to this it looked like it was auto-updating twice a day. Figured I should mention it in case it's an issue for others as well.

Thanks. After a check, it seems to be alright. The last auto-update was made just a few minutes before your yesterday's session start (thus no data updated, as no were received) and the next auto-update should be performed within a couple of hours. The usual frequency is 20-24 hours.
