Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

AterfaxAnyone discussed getting EDSM Intergration?
Would be super useful for explorers and I expect it would be *fairly* simple to implement with the EDSM API.
Please clarify - what exactly should be useful from there? This question is not meant to be confrontational, I just would like to get better idea what can be handy (as I am not a very prolific explorer myself). In any case - I am getting some system updates from there (within 1.000Ly bubble from Sol).

I personally think being able to comment as well as clicking shiny will help the community to initiate conversations more. As it stands I look through the Inara gallery most days, and at no point am I gonna go to the extreme of PMing somebody to tell them a passive thought i had whilst looking at their picture... Unless its something really special.
However i do agree that it is in no way a priority, but at the same time i don't see people demanding it now like it is, so imho there is no need to denounce comment sections all together.

To a certain extent I can understand your point of view. Maybe I've just seen too many comment sections blow up in pointless arguments over nothing. I'm confused though on why PMing the person is considered extreme, maybe I'm just ignorant but to me it's just another form of communicating with them =)

I'm confused too, because its just a personal preference of mine in regards to expressing my thoughts about pieces of media created by other people, I'm not representing the mass populace, just using it to add context to my POV.

PsylemHow do I change the date of a logbook entry? I wanted to post some historical events, and there is a checkbox to "Update the date", but no field for that.
It's not possible to change. Not because it is a technical problem, but because it will put your logbook back on the list (they are ordered by the date) and it will be almost surely missed by other commanders. So I rather recommend to establish own date formatting in the logbook title if it is needed, for example.
