Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

BL1PIs it possible to have EDMC or IMPORT FRONTIER DATA, add Installations, odyssey Settlements and Mega ships to a systems page on Inara ?

They will be added automatically with all the data provided via journals and tools like EDMC. Typically, you will have to land/dock at those to get all the information on Inara, otherwise it'll just add partial data.

You cant land or dock at Orbital Installations or Surface Installations. (note: "Installations" are not the same as settlements or stations.)
I did notice however that an odyssey settlement did get added to the system info, a few hours after it was updated via EDMC.
Though the market info did not get added even though I updated while the market was opened.

Hello and welcome here! Please link your game account to Inara, that should also link your FC to your account here and update it on daily basis. Otherwise it's updated just when somebody else will "spot" it in any star system and sends data about it.

Flying near the installations should be good enough (the ApproachSettlement event is written into the journal). Similar it's for the megaships and orbital installations, here usually is sufficient to simply jump into the star system, unless the megaship is really far, in such case there is needed to be closer (so the signal event will record into the journal).
I am not sure about the settlement market information missing though - please double check that EDMC is sending data to EDDN, which is a primary source of the market data.

Nasty2015I've been in game for over 3 hours and Inara is NOT updating. It worked great yesterday. Thoughts. And yes I already relinked my frontier account
For some reason, all your journals returned from the Frontier's server are empty. I think it happened to somebody in the past and it got resolved "on its own" a few days later. Nothing I can do about it meanwhile, I am afraid.
