Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Faction , government, allegiance, influence, state, relationship and facilities. Facilities is the only one with an empty field always everywhere.
This seems like it should be a simple fix if INARA can pull the info. It must exist in the game. It’s just not visible in the system map in the field provided.

WoutheutHi! Seem to have found a slight inaccuracy, Inara says that the moon HIP 20924 A 6 D is landable, but it isn't.
Hmmm... I cannot verify this in the game now, but it appears it should be landable in Odyssey.
Double O ScotchI’m not sure if it’s me, the platform (XB1) or the game. Regardless of where I go, station facilities are never visible in the system map. As an example, I can filter the galmap to tell me what system has an Interstellar Factors, but once in that system, the system map shows nothing listed under any stations “station facilities”. For any station. Anywhere. All of them. Stations I haven’t visited yet (that, I’m ok with) but also stations I’ve visited and stations I frequent quite often. Every system map has the same info:

This seems like it should be a simple fix if INARA can pull the info. It must exist in the game. It’s just not visible in the system map in the field provided.
Not sure where the problem may be, please report that on the official forum/bug tracker.

I've just checked the system, it is landable and there are a number of settlements there. You'll need Odyssey I suspect.

I am on PC in Horizons, same issue, afaik its a bug in the game, FDev is working on it.
Or if you like me, blame it on thargoids the bugs, for messing with human technology, they are after all, more advanced.

On my PC & Chrome I can log in with my User ID Happy Daze and PW (even thought the login says to enter my email address), but on my iPhone entering the same data gives me the "Incorrect login name and/or password"
Same issue if I use my email address attached to my Happy Daze account with the password above.
Any ideas?

That's certainly odd, are you sure there isn't some typo in the password or so (also in a case you are using a password manager in Chrome and may not recall the password correctly)? Internally, there is no difference between the platforms server-side. Also, I recommend to use the e-mail address for logging in as a login via name will stop to work in the near future (an option to use the name instead of the e-mail address is a legacy feature).

I'm stuck on cmdr profile update. I get this error : [httpCode: 0, fetchCode: 28] fot the 2nd of May. I think it's meabe related with a log entry of 17MB.

ZemedelphosFor some reason, the site will not save my Diamondback Explorer's ID tag. It keeps saying it doesn't match Inara's records, even though I'm not trying to use an inara nexus supporter tag.
The ship in question is Mark Paul, whose Id is X-PLOR.
The "X-????" ident is currently reserved for the custom Inara idents (as seen in the ship edit), so it may not work with the own idents in this format. But I will probably remove this restriction later on.

Hello, I have adjusted your import date to skip the problematic day, so it should work now. The journals of the game sessions with a high relog frequency are problematic to fetch (Frontier's server may have a trouble to serve them), but giving a little bit more time between relogs (a couple of minutes) should help with such problems in the future.

I made some notices on paper over the last days to watch my progress:
628 Scouts - 43 Interceptors - 1666 Rescues -> Score 1391
672 S - 45 I - 1666 R -> Score 1455
692 S - 48 I - 1666 R -> Score 1505
Yesterday I logged out with 719 S - 49 I - 1666 R -> Score 1542
This morning I made my 50th Interceptor kill but the list now shows:
664 S - 49 I - 1666 R -> Score 1487
What's going wrong here?

The scores are only for the past 7 days, so if you've been fighting for over a week the kills will be dropping off from the beginning.

For example, if I choose Kini (https://inara.cz/starsystem/1233/#tab_galaxystarsystemexpansions) then I would expect to see the very-much-inhabited LHS 3447 near the top (6.05 ly) but it's entirely absent.
