Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Artie,

Once upon a time, you hinted that there may be a way in the future to allow us to import a range from Google Sheets. I cannot tell you how much this would improve my personal quality of life, but suffice to say, it'd be a *lot*. Is this still on your radar?

Thanks again for an amazing site!

Over the last few days, I've been noticing the market/station prices to be increasingly inaccurate. It's been at the stations and for the commodities I've been actively trading, so it may be just the game reacting to activity and the Inara price sheets lagging, but it made me curious - how is the price data obtained and how frequently is it refreshed?

Well, I implemented the proper tag already some time ago, but I need to solve the button and sheet URL requests, so it's not in the editor toolbar yet (I left it in that state as I was focusing on more pressing matters after that). But, if do you feel adventurous, you can try tag: {googlesheet}URL_of_your_sheet{/googlesheet}
Parentheses { } needs to be replaced by [ ] , of course. You get the sheet URL when you publish the sheet in Google docs.  I hope it will work as expected, it is not very well tested yet.

I see no issues there, everything gets updated as usual. Data are obtained from EDDN (usually within few seconds the information is "published" there) and from manual edits/imports here. So if some markets are out of date, feel free to update it via Market Connector, for example (as it is the easiest and most comfortable way at this moment).

Just wondering; will you be adding unlisted logbooks to Inara? I still have a few private logbooks that used to be viewable so long as someone can access the links, but now I've checked that they are completely inaccessible. If I set them to public (they are about a year old), will they still flood up the recently published logs list?

I've had a few ones written like this (http://inara.cz/cmdr-logbook/802/337). It'd probably be inconvenient for users to get spammed with a straight list of logs from one source.

Grifs: If you won't change/update each logbook entry date, so you keep it in the original dates, it should be alright.
Private logbook entries are not listed or displayed to anyone else than its author (as you mentioned), as it may serve for personal records. Just those set as public and above certain text length are listed.

Gotcha. Thanks for your time, and thanks for the site as usual! A lot has changed since I took a hiatus, in many good ways. o/

I'll happily be your guinea pig. I'll let you know my results.

Edit: Unfortunately the tag doesn't seem to be enabled. If you like, I'm happy to take this offline to PMs if it'd be easier to discuss. Really, anything I can do to help you with this feature (testing or otherwise) I will!

For illustration, in the spoiler tag I'm adding a published demo sheet.

Edit2: Maybe I spoke to soon? Let me try again back on my thread.

Edit3: I see the issue. For my dashboards on our site, I remove the chrome etc from google sheets using the following parameters after 'pubhtml', making it look like this:

[googlesheet]https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wIDC4kq5OnTcsb9pZ3hpDX-pyuhuH50Kw7FtDjT63m8/pubhtml?widget=true&chrome=false[/googlesheet]

Would it be possible to allow this in the URL?

Ok, parameter added...

Awesome! I think this is a great start and will help a lot. The only think that I'd put on the wish list is to be able to specify the size, or at minimum, the height. Otherwise, this is fantastic. Thank you, Artie!

Is it possible to include a Teamspeakviewer into a a teaserbox on inara? Something like "TSViewer.com" (we use it on our old page http://www.bozzacoon.org/. It would be great if your Team include some function like this

Done it roughly. Needs to be updated accurately as I am not in game.

Is there a way to lengthen the time on-line before I am logged-out?
The time seems extremely short. I have looked thru all the settings
that I could find.
Thanks.
