Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

There was a problem with Frontier's service while requesting the data. Please wait a couple of hours and then try to repeat your request.

I will take a look on that and adjust your import date to skip the problematic journals tomorrow.

I have had problems with importing my game journal for a couple of days now. I get the following error code [httpCode: 0, fetchCode: 28]
I have already tried twice to reset the link, which was successful on resetting the link, but the import problem still remains.
What else could I try?

Please try again, it's a problem on Frontier's end, so I have adjusted your journal import date to skip the problematic journals.

Yeah basically. If I am not mistaken, you have already added it in now. At the end of each top ten list, now, is my name and statistic. Yeah I love that thanks a lot!

DadiechaosMy profile has stopped updating. I was asked to refresh the permissions, which I think I did.
Now I get the error that Frontier has not responded with an error code 200.
This has happened before but I can't remember how we fixed it.
Any help appreciated.

Ah, apologies, I somehow missed it before - please try to logout on the Xbox site first, then link the account anew and it should ask for your Xbox credentials during the process. It's very likely using an incorrect Xbox account due auto-login on Xbox site.
HaypocHMinor Bug on Inara (it might have been reported but I could not find it - hope this is the right spot) - it appears the 5E Corrosion Resistant Cargo does not get listed in the Stored Modules (I can see the 4E which was awarded at the same time).

I have same issue since 15-06-2022
Contacted Frontier support, they looked at my data and didn't find any problem.
Can you guys look at that from your side?

Please try again, it should work now. The problem is on Frontier's server (it's not serving the data), but Frontier's support may not see it (they may have a different route of access to the journals).

Wanted to know if there's anything in the works for identifying pre-engineered and/or double engineered modules swown up in our Inara page's module storage & ships.

Hello, this one is quite problematic. Some double-engineered modules have a unique ident (so I mark them as "V1" typically), but some modules don't and also the engineering information on them is limited (especially for the modules stored) and they may appear like a regular engineered module in the journal, so it's hard to identify. So there is not much I can do about that at the moment.
