Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

I was wondering if there was a "wing mail feature" in INARA to send wing's communication to the member's mail (in menber's mail box, not in INARA). Sorry if this has been already asked or implemented.
Such feature could realy help the wing management and communication (events, emergency, status, etc.).
Thanks for all your great work (i know you are very busy).

No problem, maybe my question wasn't clear.
I think that such feature could be helpfull to comminucate to wing members that do not check often what's going on in the wing. Or it can be a way to deliver a sort of weekly wing news...

There is no such option, as using youtube is pretty common and it also saves disk space and bandwidth.

Hello, it probably won't happen, as it can produce thousands of e-mails being sent in a single day/hour/moment regularly under certain conditions (multiple messages shortly after each other, multiple wings messaging, multiple messages from multiple wings, etc.). But, I had an idea about some "emergency messages" feature which can be displayed on top of the wing page and just in case it will be missed/unread by wing member he can be notified by e-mail automatically (similar functionality as for PM messages mentioned above). But it is just in idea stage at this moment.

But it reminds me - how do you would like to use wing galleries, guys (all of you)? To place some "internal use only" images there, or has it as a "showcase" of best images of your members or anything else?

BOTH! There are images that should be restricted to Wing members only, and others that would be shared by the Wing with the greater Inara Community.
Maybe I'm volunteering other people for extra work - but IMO it should be up to Wing officers to choose to promote images from Wing-only to the Public Wing Gallery status

maybe that picture posted in the wing gallery could automaticaly appear in the main gallery

Hi, i recently went to update my achievements since they have changed since i have last set them , but as of currently i am unable to select an option in the secondary drop down menu
Here is an Example. my last entry in march worked fine but i am unsure if this is a possible bug or client side issue .
