Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Adjusted, please try again.

Thanks!

Is there any one place where the Inara medals are documented, specifically the individual stats necessary to meet the different ranks? Or is it deliberate that this isn't explicitly documented?

ArtieA small survey about commander profile pages (I am currently working on some changes, but got to the point where the feedback will be very useful before proceeding further).

My suggestion would be to slim the fleet down to first (or first two) row(s) and carrier, only display achieved medals, and allow CMDRs to select which ranks to display (with a max of 3 for example). People who use this site more sort their ships, so the first row should contain the most important ones. And I don't really care about the new Ody ranks or CQC that much, but the main three, yes. Other CMDRs might set different priorities, so it would be nice to decide yourself what to put there.
Credits & Assets as well as Achievments History can get entirely removed imo, maybe put some gallery peeks there instead? Since the logbook is there, too. I'd hide both the logbook and gallery if there are no posts (particularly logbook entries are rare, so its mostly wasted space).

For the medals there is a description of the actual tier with the progress in its tooltip, I will however put some extra on-page details in the next Inara version there.

ArtieThe loadout pasted into the target loadout can be copied back to the source tool. I am currently not re-parsing the loadout pasted there (I am only checking if it has a sufficient information for the loadout comparison), so placing buttons there can backfire in situations the loadout pasted is in the wrong format and so on (and I bet people will complain to me about it). But I guess that can probably add something there when the loadout format pass the check. Let's see...

Oh, I didn't know that. Thanks! That works for me, no additional buttons needed.

The tooltip is already super helpful; I was thinking more along the lines of a dedicated page that shows the requirements for all ranks for all medals - especially as for some medals it's not just the numbers increasing by rank, but actually additional variables being included at higher ranks that do not show for lower ranks.

Bug report import frontier data tool. The import frontier data is acting up again when it comes to the credits and assets section on my profile. I was at 246,109,175 right before I headed back to harma to collect my powerplay rank 5 weekly payment of 50mil credits. Then when I logged out of elite dangerous, and started up Inara. I used the import data tool which read that I only had 196,104,665 credits on my inara profile. Freaked out I logged back into elite dangerous and my credit balance was 296,104,665cr, and when I updated my inara profile again after 15mins the import data tool then displayed the correct amount of credits that I had which was 296,104,665. So it seems that credits and assets section is acting up again, or the import data tool is acting up again.

Yep, there will be a switch for all medal tiers.

Ha, what an ugly bug (the parser subtracted the credits instead of adding them for the respective event). I will fix that ASAP, thanks for the report!

Hi Artie, I have two feature requests if I may.

1) Not sure if this is even possible, but could a 'total credits allocated' be added to the Fleet Carrier data to indicate how much money is invested in ship packs and modules? I have a suspicion this isn't possible as I'm not sure if the FDev API lists quantity or not, but I figured I'd ask.

2) This is a bit niche, but could there be an option in crafting lists to add engineer unlock and referral requirements? I would love to be able to generate a master shopping lists that includes these rather than having to hunt through a dozen engineer pages.

Thank you kindly as always for your hard work. E:D would be unplayable without Inara. ????

Beautiful, thank you! Making the best elite site even better!

Feature request:

Would it be possible to extend the results shown in the
Nearest > Misc > War and Civil War search
To include a (sortable) column for the number of Odyssey setlements "owned" by the factions that are at war?

The search is useful as is, but isn't a good predictor of whether there will be any ground combat zones.
It would be nice to be able to target systems with lots of combat zones available, to have a better chance of finding a "high" intensity combat zone.

Hello, maybe - I can add the number for the core + services costs there (but those are for all FC modules, not just the ship packs, etc.) and I can theoretically count the values of the ships and modules available on the FC to provide the sum, but I am not sure if there was fixed a problem of not all ships and modules being listed in the Frontier's endpoint data. So just to check - does you FC shipyard and outfitting listing on Inara match the actual state in the game?

About the engineers unlock in the crafting lists - probably not, it's unnecessarily complicated solution for such simple and one-off thing. But I will probably add some overview/checklist for all engineers unlock requirements to the engineers page, so it will be easier to get an overview without going through all engineer detail pages.

That's a good idea, the surface settlements number of the conflict participants be in the next Inara version. Nothing for the conflict zones at this point though (but it's not so complicated to find a high intensity zones, there is usually at least one), but I may think about that later on.

I guess I have not paid careful attention to whether it is fully accurate or not. There have been a couple dozen times where I've looked for a specific module in stock at any carrier and it seems to have been correct, but I've not verified the entire list at any location. I am not sure if this is related or not, but I do tend to have a problem with my own carrier's market not showing in Inara, sometimes it is there, sometimes it is not (I use EDMC + Frontier API, no other tools). But my cargo view and finances are always correct.

The list would be a big help. Actually, that's actually how I envisioned this function could be; a list of all engineers with a check box for each unlock and referral requirement which would add those items to the "missing components" page. But I completely understand why this could be a pain to implement for a one-off Cmdr event.

Just a suggestion about the EDO bartender material trading. Is it possible to implement a filter for "non relevant" materials ? I did notice a massive increase of assets, goods and data that are not useful for any EDO engineering and are severely cluttering the list. That would be a nice addition imho.

Yes, I know it's straight possible to search for wanted/useful materials, but there are too much to always type them in.

Thanks in advance and sorry if this has been suggested before, but 814 pages are... a lot to get through...
