Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

I am sorry, but no - I have increased the site width a bit earlier and that's the max. It will start to compromise logbook readability otherwise (which is so-so even with the current width), with a couple of other things. The ship thumbnail leading into the ship details is an intended behavior (I do not want users to fish for the small link below).
Could it be done per page ? So things that would look wrong stay narrow, things that would be fine go wide ? It really hurts the overview when so much screen space is wasted.

That would be quite inconsistent mess, I am afraid.

Please send me a link to your search, I will take a look at that. It may be caused by some setting, I guess.

First off, Kudos to you for all the effort you have put into this over the years, it is an awesome site and helps us in our daily Elite business.
Now to the New site.... You mentioned that players commented on it being crowded and too hard to navigate around, I have never found that at all.
Elite changed their whole UI to larger Icon style when there was nothing wrong with the old version. It seems everything must be Icon themed rather than dialog box.
You old version was perfect... no drama navigating... everything in logical places etc.
Not impressed with the new layout, too many button clicks to get where there was a text box before.
The one main feature we all use ( our Squadron / team ) is the customisable shortcuts bar.. Are you bringing that back.... PLEASE !

Sometimes I make a mistake and use the wrong email and give the wrong info to an ALT.
Which then means I need to remove 72 ships from its Fleet.
Can you add a "remove all" button for fleet removal. so I dont have to do this 72 times ?

for such a specific and quite rare need it doesn't worth a risk of people erasing their fleets by mistake. But, if you don't want to clear it manually, Inara is doing full fleet sync in ~14 days intervals. I have adjusted the date so it should kick in during your journal auto-update in the next 24 hours.

Hello and thank you for the feedback. Yes, the perception of what is easy and what is hard is always subjective to some extent, but as the overall feedback and numbers show, this step was in a good direction. Speaking of Inara, of course, I have no idea about the feedback for game UI changes and their metrics.

Loving the new layout for Inara. I’m not sure if anyone has bought it up already but the squadron missions no longer have the “participate” button and the list of participants. Have they been moved elsewhere or was it removed for a reason? It’s not a major issue and it’s the only thing I’ve noticed, the rest of the new look is great.

Yes, it was removed as it was barely used, so it's gone to make things easier.
Greybeard SeawolfA minor niggle, on the Hanger/Fleet I have repeatedly entered and saved my ship names in all caps as they are in game but the Fleet page randomly reassigns the names to lower case over time. I re-did them and saved all of them yesterday and today my FC and one of the ships has reverted to lower case
For the fleet carrier, yes, it may change the name if it was all uppercase (I do not want to have station/FC names in the listings "shouty"). For the ships it should keep the format, unless the ship name changes.

It's unfortunately prone to misuse. For example, some commander may mark offers as gone early, just to get there and get them for himself later. There is no perfect solution at the moment as the technical options are limited. But I was thinking about something like "re-fetch fleet carrier bartender" button or something like that to alleviate the problem a bit.

'My Stored Modules' is gone with only 'Ship Modules'
It was very useful to quickly look at stored modules not used on ships , and then if needed delve deeper into all modules stocked on ships etc.
Can we have both ?
The new 'Ship modules' can not be sorted into locations, can this be added?

EmpyriusI am curious how logbooks work. I have posted a log book as public but it has not shown on the news logbooks. Is there criteria to meet before your log book gets posted?
Yes, very short logbook entries aren't displayed there, as they are considered rather as personal short notes. Nobody wants to read entries with just a few sentences, thus such entries aren't listed. The better approach is to write longer entries people may like to read, which then subsequently may inspire them to subscribe to your logbook, etc.

Hello,
I have put (active) modules on ships and stored modules together, there was no point to have it on two different pages. It's an option in the "Location" filter. There is currently no sort for that, but it's on my list.
