Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Hi Artie!!

I noticed that in the logbooks don't appear (save final only squadron) it's seems that are two modes, private or public, the only squadron its not available, we need a private option for bgs questions. It's not longer support?.

Hello, yes, please use squadron documents for that (you can set the view privileges as you wish there).

Umm.. it's a problem. I have a personal logbooks that contains some things of squadron and bgs information. Isn't a squadron logbook indeed. But my gameplay and bgs be affected directly in my logbook, for this reason I share only with my squadron people... I don't know what to doing now... I think about it.
I Can't publish the logs directly to squadron documents. I have create a new ones.

I have been working on the Community Goals and they have not updated in a few days. It also does not show my contribution. Is there something that I need to reset?

It seems you may have linked a different commander by accident. Please try to logout on Steam/Epic/Frontier first and then link your game account to Inara anew (it should ask for your credentials so you can ensure a correct game account is being used), that should help.

It depends on the content, maybe just delaying its publishing to the public a bit (so it won't compromise the current BGS operation) may be a sufficient solution, without a need to make any major changes to the text.

I've been trying to update my carrier's current location for like hour now, the latest location is in the travel history but current location is stuck. I can even see correct location on eddb, only Inara shows the wrong one.
Journal import says access denied now. Kinda bad timing as I hauled a cargo for people to sell at CG and now they will have hard time finding the carrier when using Inara.

Hmmm, I am not sure. The latest location set on Inara (Loponnaruai) seems to correspond to the time of the location update, at least according the travel history received (departure time from Loponnaruai was at 14:46:16 UTC, station update was at 15:26:14 UTC). I suppose the new location (Marmatae) should get there at the next update. Please wait a bit before updating, there is a request rate limit involved.

The highlighted text color on dropdowns is almost the same as the selected item background:

Thanks for the report. It seems to be caused by your system color settings (selection background) and I didn't thought of that. I will do something about it.

It's caused by a journal bug in Horizons (it's writing promotions twice, once with the correct rank and once with the incorrect). Please just delete the incorrect record in your achievements history.

do "Best Trade Routes" not include Carriers?

i had a route open for 2 days, that paid 34k/Ton round trip, involving a 15000Km Flight.

while the "best route" shown pays 21k/ton for a 328kLs Flight

it's either carriers are not included or the math is seriously off regarding profit/hour
as a 328kLs flight takes what 15 Minutes
while a 15kKm flight takes less than 20sec.

Correct, although the fleet carriers are included in the trade route and commodity searches, they are not in the best trade routes. As the FC's offers are usually short-lived, with limited supply/demand, it's a lesser risk to not have them included there (the offers may be long gone due to the missing market updates and due to optimizations on the back-end I want to limit the outdated stuff there as much as possible).
