Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Hi,

A few weeks ago I lost about 3 billion credits following the weekly FC maintainance payment. FDev reinbursed this money but put the money into my normal balance not my FC account.

I transfered the money into my FC account and while this displays ok in game, it does not show the correct balance in INARA.

Also, the name of my FC now appears **************** and I have been unable to correct this.

Any help appreciated.

I hope there will be a new team that will make a normal Inara for people.

Hello, please just import the game data via button on your CMDR page, that should update your FC to the latest state, including credits (your CMDR credits will be imported after your game session though). The carrier's name is filtered in the game as well (although you may not see it, as an owner) and that's why there are asterisks (Inara is doing no filtering at all). But the import mentioned above should import the unfiltered name, too. Alternatively, you can adjust that in the fleet carrier edit.

There won't. And ~97% of users seems to be alright with the current Inara version, so I don't think there is a critical issue with its "normalness".

A minor Inara update was performed. Some minor improvements, adjustments and fixes as usual. What worth to be mentioned is that the nearest searches now contain AND/OR condition for the minor faction states, some improvements for body volcanism/ring/atmosphere searches were made and also that FC now lists also stored components for bartender (on the FC page, an import of the latest data need to be made first).

1. I was fine when you shut down the online Friends in the old Version of inara. IT was uncool, but I was fine with it.

2. The Order of the engeneers where messed Up in the old Version, so you can't see "who will unlock next" as easy as before. I can live with that also.

3. Now the squadron Chats are shut down in the old Version. So I am forced to use the New inara Layout.

I get really sick by using it on my mobile. I can scroll for a few Seconds, maybe a Minute, than I have to Take a Brake. all I See are falling Letters Like the "Matrix Code". I Loved that so much to use inara on the Go. This time seems to be over. I know, watching New inara on PC is still a little bit better.

The best constructive critisicm I can give to you is, that the old one was the best Layout.

Thank you for the feedback. I am removing features on the old version not "because I can", but "because I need to". For example, I have changed a lot of the internal structures for the discussions in a preparation for the classic threaded model in the current version (thus I needed to remove it in the old version as it was no longer compatible) and so on.

About the "matrix code" - is it meant that the view is broken (in that case a screenshot, please) or that you feel overwhelmed by a lot of text? If you are more used to the old version, you can turn the desktop mode in your mobile browser on, too (which may help, depending on the personal preferences).

The "Matrix Code" is Not a broken View. It is soooo big, scrolling from top through 15 Posts for Reading the newest. Than all the way Back to Change the "Chatroom". And Same from beginning.... IT feels similar as "Motion sickness" to me. These big flying Letters are insane. In old Version i had to Push with one Fingerstrike for the hole Page. The New one need so much more.
I had send you Screenshots a few months ago. We talked about. And you Made some adjustments. Thx for that.
But IT was easier for me to use old inara.
I hope, Desktop Mode will do the Trick . I will give it a try.

Thanks for the report, it was a bug. It was fixed just now (supposing you were talking about the influence changes table).

Something that I would find helpful (please forgive if this has been requested before) under Engineers would be a way to sort which modifications I have unlocked (and to what grade, if applicable) and for the locked modifications which Engineers I would need to unlock in order to be able to get those.

not sure if this has been asked elsewhere/before - but what's happened to the ship registry under this version? i cant recall what the exact name was, but it allowed inara to generate a ship ident you could use which would be unique across all ships registered on inara? did it get retired in the update?

The Fleet Carrier Details - Overview contains "Services and Crew" and "Fleet Carrier" tables, which could by displayed side by side.

Thanks a lot for adding the stored components in the bar. That really fills a gap. Any chance of combining this snippet of data with the items in the CMDRs ship locker? That would result in a complete Ody mat inventory, which would bring the idea another step ahead.

Can you add the 'only sell to minor faction' filter to "Best Trades", for situations such as wanting to gain allied rep via trade without having a specific station to start from?
