Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

For me it works, when I press the ? in the upper right corner, beneath "my profile". type in what you need and a list with everything pops up - commanders are a bit on the lower end.
It looks like the icon font may not be working correctly on your device (there shouldn't be "?" but icon), do you can send me a screenshot and tell me your browser version, please?

I took a look this morning to my "Awards progress" and just realized that it's not in line with what I've been doing in the game since I bought my copy of E:D (about 1 week ago).
For ex. "The traveller" Award, T1, says Hyperspace distance travelled 13/25,000. I actually did at least 40Lys just last night.
Is there a "update time" or something I'm missing?

Hello, you need to update data by pressing blue button in CMDR's profile here, also it might be updated over EDDN, I using MarketConnector with plugins, so you might use similar apps.

Your in-game statistics (and other personal info) is definitely not sent to EDDN. That’s not what EDDN is for.
EDMC (E:D Market Connector) can send your personal info to Inara, provided you configure it to do so. However, AFAIR Inara updates most award-relevant statistics only from the journals provided by the Frontier API (to prevent faking), so in order to be up-to-date you have to (1) in the game, exit to the main menu, then enter the game again (so your up-to-date statistics are written to your journal on the Frontier servers), then (2) on Inara, press the said blue button.

To what specifically correspond the following categories in The Exobiologist medal rank?
Organic data registered: 1/50
Planets with organic life: 2/10
Unique species encountered: 3/10
I find it strange that Organic Data Registered is only 1, when I have "discovered" 3 species and made the compulsory 3 scans for each. Shouldn't Organic data registered be 9 ?
Or am I only confused ?

Maybe it's their user ID?

Usually it will just say “Liked by X”, not “Liked by 1 user”(and I would be surprised if this was someone’s username - not to mention it changes to “1 additional user” if someone else likes it). I just saw that again today and it made me wonder.

It's there when no user name of the voter is set and/or when there are many voters. The "Liked by 1 user" is when it was liked by one unnamed user. The "... and X additional users" is there when there are many voters, so it will display names of most recent voters and then the rest is as X or there are also some unnamed users.

It should be a number of the scans sold, it's from the in-game Codex numbers.

Thanks for the report, removed. It was caused by the bad data from the sender (to EDDN), it may rarely happen.

I was accidentally quoted twice. That was the response to your question.
And don’t be confused - one exobiology ‘scan’ is actually fully completing a sample by scanning three different plants or whatever, and then handing it in. (At least I think the journal only records it once you hand them in.)
