Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Is there a way for you to read the API for our Engineer pins at all, please?
If not, is there a way for us to configure our engineer pins on the site so we can track what's pinned where at all, please?

Jon Targaryen 46It has come to my attention that Fleet Carriers sell orders are being listed of CMDRs who have never registered with inara. If I want to keep my alts contents private, don't list them in your components search especially when I choose not to ever register those alts with inara for that very reason. putting [UNKNOWN ACCESS] just spawns dozens of unwanted friend requests. I do thank you for all your work but this has to stop if feasible.
You might also want to look at fleetcarrier.space if this is your concern.
I could swear there is one more player-made tool that displays carrier information...

I can’t get Frontier’s customer service because there’s no page for it or contact information.

Gundog 1I have tried to update my profile here by my link to the Xbox profile. The problem is Frontier says there’s no user profile, yet I still have a balance, and I can’t link to my profile on INARA because it’s a download failure, and it says “PC” instead of “Xbox” which is also incorrect. Is it on my end or is Frontier to include the developers abandoning this whole project?
I can’t get Frontier’s customer service because there’s no page for it or contact information.
There is currently no longer any support for consoles in the live version. Inara no longer supports consoles either. You have to update manually at this stage

AquanidSo I've noticed that for a while the on-foot gear is still marked in Misc in the assets value section. Is it reasonable to have the gear be identified as on-foot gear, regardless of whether or not subheadings like suits or guns are added, on Inara?

The problem is that I don't know the personal gear value for the individual items, it's not reported in the journal. I just know the total assets value and values for the ships, actual credits, etc. and so I can only deduct the sum of these from the total assets and put the difference into the "Misc", whatever may be in there (it may not be just gear, but also some discrepancies, cargo loaded, etc.).

No way, unfortunately, it's not reported in the journal.

This was responded via Discord, so just if somebody else will face a similar situation - the components search is not listing carriers with non-public docking privileges, so the best way is to ensure your carrier is updated and have the proper docking privileges set.

Uiros UeramosI have successfully reactivated about 15 sites, as objectives of reactivation missions. I even got invited by Jude Navarro (10 reactivation/repair missions fulfilled), but my Samaritan ranking still claims I have done only 8...

Looks like the game issue, maybe it's not counting some kind of missions in, not sure. In the journals stats is 8 (and you should see the same value in the game's Codex).

Hmmm... I am unable to replicated it. Do you can write me a step-by-step procedure, please? (I tried multiple variants by your description, but with no success.) The only thing that comes to my mind is that you may have added some blueprint, then edited/deleted any blueprint and then reloaded the page and it asked for the form resubmission, was that a case?
