Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

- The personal equipment search now displays a rough probability the desired piece of equipment is available by the vendor (from "very low" to "average", as the availability is never guaranteed due to how it works in the game).
- Various improvements in regard of station states (display and search).

And don’t be confused - one exobiology ‘scan’ is actually fully completing a sample by scanning three different plants or whatever, and then handing it in. (At least I think the journal only records it once you hand them in.)

My privacy settings are not saving.
The 'You control your privacy' box pops up with every new inara page (on 2 different PCs, so don't think it is a local setting).

You mean the white/blue popup regarding ads, etc. privacy, correct? I will check - what browser version and are you having cookies disabled?

LtAdenHi, are there any plans to include locker/container codes section for settlements? I don't really know if they are actually being changed - had list of locker codes for a settlement made this morning, persisted through supercruise (i got detected stealing stuff) and update, so they may just be set once.

Hello, no plans for that as there is no info about codes in the journal and due to its relatively low importance not many people may be filling it in manually.

RippleChip3Would it be possible to add a "find nearest Anarchy settlement/station" button to the search nearest page? Since the launch of EDO the crimes/fine system has been wonky... meaning that finding the nearest ISF in a low security system doesn't guarantee being able to pay fines/bounties. Well, I can rather adjust the existing shortcut for nearest Interstellar factor than adding another one, similar to existing. I think that adding a condition that station's owner minor faction government = Anarchy is sufficient, to have an Interstellar factor that will take all fines from all jurisdictions?

Yes, that pop-up box. I generally reject anything that is not essential / mandatory and have not changed that here recently.
I was using Chrome 114.0.5735.90 > now 114.0.5735.91

That's odd, please verify that a cookie named "ncmp" with a value of string with "random" letters is saved. (You can do that via right click > "Inspect" in the menu then "Application" tab and then Storage > Cookies > https://inara.cz in the left navigation there.)
The cookie should appear there once you click "Advanced settings > Save & exit" (you do not need to consent to anything there) in that popup and then it shouldn't bother you anymore (at least for a while). If that cookie isn't saved, please check there are other site cookies created, like "inarasite".

Hello, please also check the steps above (so you did save the settings there and that the cookie is stored in your browser). I am unable to replicate the problem on my end, so I either suppose the settings in the pop-up weren't saved by the user or for some reason the cookie is not being stored (and if that's the case, it will need to be further investigated). P.S. I use Adblock Plus and Flashcontrol, but they have been in use for years without a problem with your site.

The advanced settings mentioned should be right in the pop-up, there are two buttons "Advanced settings" and "Accept". I suppose once you get to the settings and save it (or just accept the whole right away), it should resolve the situation (as the cookies, etc. seems to be there).
