Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Ah, no, personal info is not possible to import at this moment. But I have something about it in my ToDo. Fortunately, it's not so hard to setup your profile manually, it can take just few minutes at the beginning...
Martind ForlonJust wanted ask if there is possible make personal messages set as "non automatically" delete from archive. (or if that can be changed/updated) Today with a surprise found that some older message(s) silently vanished.
Currently are messages older than 30 days moved to the archive and removed from the archive after another 30 days, if no other replies to the given message (so message is removed in 60 days total since the last reply, it is also stated on archive page in infobox). I rather do not want to increase these ranges too much to maintain the database table at reasonable size, but it's right that some "permanent" archive may be handy for some messages. I will think about it...

Kira Mikamytheres a way to add a system on database? after an expansion my faction came in an empty system with no station, i want to add it on Inara info of my wing but the system seems dont exist, i've tried with elite dangerous market connector but the system doesn't appear, any idea?
I am not allowing new system adding by purpose (usually due possible coordinates issues), but if do you tell me which system it is, I can add it to the database.

me too, i've horizon and there's no base, i've used an advanced discovery and a detailed surface on all planet, there's just one terraformable world (the funny thing is the tiny population live here without station

Yes, after my ticket FD put my faction in one of near system with station etc, but in Hydrae nothing happen

at least you got a ''reroll'' for the expantion
... still it is an interesting issue with the bgs - cant exactly call it a bug as those ''few'' terraformers have to live somewhere , maybe its all related to when we get atmospheric landings (when they might have a shed for a base ).

Maybe yes, after the horizon patch a lot of empty system (the "sector" one") become populated with a tiny population, and sometimes like this one with no station.
It's an issue for all community (like my own) who decide to live "away" from the core of human system, because theres a large ammount of empty system with faction or no base
