Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

I am currently exploring all the populated systems outside of the bubble and updating the information on here as I go. I have a few questions about how I should be doing this:
1) Population Station: there is a drop-down list in the stations going from Tiny to Huge but I don't know where this information is. How do I know what to put in there as other than a system population where will this be shown?
2) Wealth Station - as for population!
3) Population system - does this somehow magically fill itself?
4) Shipyard and Outfitting - this seams to automatically fill out... Is this the case?
Early on I was struggling with adding factions until I realized you needed to add them to the galaxy list of factions first! I will no doubt come across many more things I'm unsure about so I apologize in advance.
I can't remember how I found out about your resource, but it is fantastic and I am loving the role-playing aspect of it, keep up the amazing work.

But usually there is nothing (standard/average population and an average wealth). Star system population is my oversight, I will add a respective field to the edit form tomorrow. Shipyard and Outfitting is filled in from the EDDN network automatically, when anybody sends those data over it.

Not at this moment, but I have some plans for the complete planetary information, so it will be a more systematic approach for such kind of information.
iFredany chance to have a personal inventory? linked against favourite blueprints?
I was thinking about it, but I am not entirely decided yet. Probably yes, but I'd like to see what the upcoming game patch will bring to the crafting first.

When no wealth ans/or no population is given for a station would you prefer it to be left blank or marked as standard/average?

I'm trying to get my head around the "MY FLEET" part of this website. I try to export my ship loadouts from Coriolis and paste them into the "SHIP CONFIGURATOR".
When I press save, I see the XML code but it is not converted to a proper ship loadout.
Certainly I'm missing a point here, and I'm greatful for any tips,

In the wing organization if Im the wing commander how do I organize a wing for myself? it doesnt let me unless Im a Flight Leader or Squadron leader that I cannot assign to myself since Im wing commander.

GoooostI feel like an idiot but I swear to christ Selene Jean didn't have a commodities market or a cartographics last night. Now she does. I specifically remember going back to this site to see if I misread it, then back to see if its in a weird spot. They just. Weren't. There.

I was in Taribes when the Horizons update dropped, operated out of there for three days after that...flew to the next system to outfit, flew back to Taribes...no market, no bulletin board, no commodities...I was gone 10 minutes...

I had the same issue...two solutions...when making a mission assign your flight lead then assign yourself as group overwatch/cover/ etc, or just grab a crew from your wing and haul ass out the door without declaring a mission at all...*laughs*
My wing is based on WWII where the terminology for an instant mission was a 'scramble'...

After you unlock an engineer for the first time, the Universal Cartographics and Commodities menus do not appear until a full log-out - log-in of the game. Not even an instance change seems to do it, for some people. After this relog, it should appear. This also applies to rank increases via cartographic data / commodity sales - they don't update until after a relog.
In addition, engineers cannot be disabled by UAs, as no currently known engineer has a black market available for selling them. As a result, they are all safe from being disabled (else they'd surely all be disabled by now by people trying to annoy everyone).
