Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

Any chance that you are planning SSL for the site now since Lets Encrypt is free? When I try the HTTPS I get an error that it is misconfigured.

some of them say that is the fact that the field is already fullfiled with text, so they don't understand that they have to click on it to start writing.
you should seperate the text and the field i guess to make it more clear.
and for the squadron stuff, well, we have more member inside a flight than flight for squadron.
Thank you for feedback about wing sign-ups, I will change that and hopefully it will make things more clear.
The limits for flights/squadrons are currently set this way:
- there may be 3-12 members per flight
- there may be 3-8 flights per squadron and there should be at least 12 members + 1 officer (so 4 flights at minimum, if they consist of just three members)
So in other words, any squadron in any wing has at least the size of the largest flight possible (or higher) and I do not want to change that (from obvious reason that squadron should be larger than flight by principle). In the limit cases, smallest squadron consists of 13 members (5 officers + 8 pilots) and on the other end 97 members (9 officers + 89 pilots). Although numbers on the upper end feels just right or slightly undermanaged, on the lower end it is heavily overmanaged (1 leader per 1.6 member) and I definitely do not want to make adjustments that will lead to even more leaders per member. It may be overmanaged in the current settings, so I don't think it is wise to make it even worse. But, I may consider roles for the deputy flight/squadron leaders, but just for the large flights/squadrons. I hope this explanation will make my standing in this matter more clear.

Hello, yes, that may be useful, if there will be lot of shipwrecks and they will provide something useful to commanders (like materials, commodities, etc.) or at least nice vistas. But as there isn't too much persistent shipwrecks known currently, it's hard to say how many of them is in the galaxy and if it worth the effort. So we will see later...

It would be very convenient if I could message my entire flight, division or wing, or a collective group (for example, a joint expeditionary force, or other groupings) without having to name individual commanders or using the same single thread.

Squadron leaders may send a message to all of their flight leaders directly from the Wing organization page, similarly Flight leaders may send a message to all flight members there. I rather do not want to allow Squadron leaders to address all squadron members at once from three reasons: it breaks chain of command; if there is such need, it should be rather targeted to the proper squadron thread in discussion; it may have a performance hit for large squadrons (large number of recipients). But, Squadron leader may send group message to single flights, which is rather against the chain of command, but may be useful for emergency cases. Basically if there is a need to address large number of members, discussion thread should be the better place for it.
I would like to have additional feature here for "task forces", expeditions or similar in the future, so it may eventually help with the organization later.
The column in the wing roster may be possible, but I would like to add a pagination here first (partially for the performance reason on the server side, partially on the client side - it is producing a monstrous page for the large wings like yours

Why can't I copy and paste pics? When I click insert pic it wants a link. Can't you have a feature that only upload directly from file? I'm I doing something wrong?

Just want to let you know that CSS filters applied to portraits (engineers, ships and powers, as far as I've found) seems to be broken in Firefox; I just get grey pictures and the names are also hidden.
I've got a work around in Stylish:

Hello, not at this moment. It is a complication and as pointing to the images via URL is pretty standard method there is no urgent need for it.

Well, in fact, appropriate tag is here for some time, it's just not placed into the toolbar yet, as it is rather an experimental feature. Tag is {googlesheet}https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/XXXX/pubhtml{/googlesheet} where the address is the URL you should get when sharing a spreadsheet (and brackets should be square brackets, of course).
