Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

hi, its not possible atm. However with 2.2 coming out in 2 months can situation change (let's hope so) ... with new game journal logs there could be more things possible export/import.

We could possibly talk to the people behind the EDMC. That's what I use to automatically update my flight logs on a different website.

A faction can be at Boom in one system and at War in another, but you update one and it changes in both systems on Inara.

A faction can only have one active state at a time (although Investment appears to be an exception).
Are you sure about it being in Boom and in War, looking at the System Map screens?
If it is, you should report it as a bug as it's not supposed to happen!

I have another question - my Wing's 500x150 header looks good on the Wing-page without any background stripes, but is almost invisible in other wings-page due to being white. Could it be possible to add, say, a dark background stripe or do something else to fix this?
It seems to be clearly visible and readable for me. But if do you want to improve readability, you can add some slight shadow behind it, which will help the logo to pop out.

Hmm, although it seems to be pretty simple thing, it's a little bit more complicated as it wasn't made with that option in mind (and that setting is used for other things). But, I may improve it later, taking a note...

It should indeed be only one state at a time, but War/Civil War/Election only show in the specific system they apply to. The others *should* show as 'None' during the time such is active somewhere else.

I'm the wing chronicler for the Browncoats. I've been working on our page, and made a banner. I realized eventually how small our custom banners must be and that we are limited in our backdrop images.
I was just wondering, with you bein' a firefly fan I reckon, if you could make a backdrop or a few for groups like us who might not have the most "spacey" theme so much as a rustic/western kind of theme. If you take a look at our page, you'll get my drift.

Hello, good idea, some non-spacey themes may be useful there. I will take a look on it over weekend.

Thank you, I actually figured out to add some lens distortion to add colour to the edges of the text before you replied, improves readability significantly. How does the Inara supporter badge work? How much do you need to donate to get one?
Badges are awarded for donations 5 euro and above, but any donation is appreciated, of course.
