Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258
Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

I've 'saved cargo', clicked all around, read the thread (some), used both pre and post v2.1.0.5 items and amounts ... nothing appears in two different browsers (FF & Chr). At this point, I've acheived clueless-ness

Pul MyfingerWell, I'm embarrassed ... either I don't get what is supposed to happen or it is not happening on my machine. Looks like a smooth and easy tool. However, when enough Mats/Data/Commodities are entered to qualify for a specific engineer mod, does that appear in the right-side panel as Favorite Blueprint or do I choose somewhere the blueprint I want to show in the Fav BPrint panel?

If you go to the shipyard and click on Engineers you will see a section called blueprints from their you can choose your favorites. From here you can also see if you have everything you need to craft the upgrade and if not what you are missing.

Thanks so much; now I feel smart for having asked the question
This looks really good!

OzramJust a heads up, the values of the tier one Engineer upgrades seem to have gone dramatically up. Thanks to Artie and assistance, I just went over to get fsd range upgrade and thruster etc and the results were much higher. If there's any interest I'm happy to share a few screenshots as I go about my business upgrading ships. Cheers
Yeah, seems like FSD range has been increased by 5-6% on every mod. I'd certainly be interested to see what other mods have been buffed. I linked some screenshots of mods earlier in the thread. Be interesting to see the thruster mods at Palin if anyone's out there?
(I'm too hungover for flight right now!)

I see you have a nice financial section (credits earned, total worth, current credit balance) etc.
Any chance of adding a similar section for Exploration? (Total systems, total jumps, ___ thousand lightyears travelled, etc.
Thank you.
Grx.

Thank you in advance for your assistance!
JAMfourCargo feature is fantastic, much better than that other site that someone created! A feature request for it: On the cargo overview page (http://inara.cz/cmdr-cargo), either link the materials, etc., to a list of modifications they’re used in, or, better yet, include them in a popup. This would be immensely useful for “cleaning house” of mats/data/commodities that are not used. (As a bonus, maybe it would also include what synthesis (and grade) they’re used in.
Good idea, I will add the links there (not sure about the tooltips now, I must test how much it will affect the performance first). I would like to add synthesis there, too, and if there is list (preferably some google sheet) with its actual requirements, it will be useful.
Cypher KadelHi Artie. First off love the site. I have a small feature request. Mostly because I'm lazy but would it be possible to have a description of exactly what the blueprint does. For example clean drive tuning, it would be nice to have an idea what it does, so I know if I'm clicking on the right blueprint. Some are obvious and don't need anything done like Increased FSD Range. I'm sorry if this doesn't make any sense, I've been awake way too long. I will clarify it if you need tomorrow. Thanks.
Hello, I will gladly put those descriptions in, but somebody must collect them first. I don't have them. But if do you will manage to gather all (or as much as possible) the blueprint descriptions and put them to the google sheet for example, it will be really great!
GraXXoRHeyup Artie,

There is actually such information in the flight logs, but it may be not so accurate under some circumstances (some star coords are unknown, so distance travelled may be wrong and I am not showing it there). But, as the jump distance will be included in the new journal feature FD is planning, it should increase the accuracy and it should be possible later. I may eventually put some numbers "out" to the overall listing, we will see.

I just want to mention again that taking screenshots from the "Pinned Blueprint" page seems to always display the "true" values as if they were being applied to an unmodified module and this is where I've been gathering my screenshots. I confirmed this using an unmodded "A-rated" Hauler I picked up from the next system over from Deciat.
I've got shots of the drive tuning available at Farseer and they also seem to have been upgraded from the original values:
Clean Drive 1-3
Dirty Drive 1-3
Drive Strengthening 1-3

To facilitate these changes, I just started visiting all the engineers and logging the values in a Google Sheet HERE.
Let me know if that is useful and I will continue. So far everything I've looked at has slightly (or drastically) different values: FSD, Shield boosters, mines (rapid fire, lightweight, high cap, sturdy), thrusters (through grade 3), These were done with an unmodded ship.

Domaq: Great! Those shield boosters - are those values for 0A boosters or 0C?

I've been avoiding it... but I guess I should head out to Palin to find out the full drive tuning values
As I visit more engineers I'll add to this post...
