Inara updates, bug reports, requests
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.
Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

When I examine the Exceptional Scrambled Emission Data component, I see that it is used in the blueprint Specialized Shield Cell Bank grade 3. However, when I click the blueprint, I only see grade 1 for it.
What am I missing?

I don't believe you're missing anything. I don't know if it's accurate or not but Inara shows there's currently only one Engineer who can work on Shield Cell Banks - Elvira. And while this page shows that a grade 3 is possible, navigating to Elvira's page shows she can only work on Grade 1 upgrades for Specialized Shield Cell Banks. I don't know what she's actually capable of in-game as I've yet to visit her.

afaik we only got the first half of Engineers. It was planned that we get 30 Engineers.

Have it so you can click a button to deduct blueprint materials from your cargo, to represent getting an engineer upgrade. Should make cargo management easier.

TuzoIn your Minor Faction section, under the star system presence, our faction is shown in one system as the controlling faction. This must be based on the fact that we have the highest influence and but we have not yet taken any assets and do not control the system
Try the following..
1- select the "Systems and Stations" section
2 - enter the System you are talking about/want to view in the "Search Star System"
3 - select the "Edit Star/Factions"
[/img]4 - select the "Controlling Minor Faction" drop down & select the correct faction in control of that system
5 - select "Save" & now the correct System faction should be displayed
...I used my home system Teaka as an example, hope this helps you out

This will probably be a long term project but, since Coriolis.io seems to not be updated anymore, would those features be something you would consider implementing into Inara? Obviously talenden still has ED:Shipyards which he keeps updated but I just wondered.
