Commanders having Elite from Epic games store with http 400 error
When you try to link your accounts, you may receive the http error 400 about expired tokens. It's an issue on Frontier's end that I cannot solve on Inara. Fortunately, the solution is simple - please give it a few days and it will start to work later (probably when the access token on their cAPI server expires). If the error 400 appeared later and it worked before, try to reauthenticate as said in the error message (may be just a regular reauth forced by Frontier). Alternatively, you can try to use the workaround below. If even that won't work, it's the problem described above.
Please vote for the issue on the official bug tracker: https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/21258

Possible workaround: Try to connect the account while you are in the game. It may work.

Game data and imports not available for console commanders and PC players with Legacy game version
Inara supports only the Live game version (so PC Horizons 4.0 and Odyssey) since game update 14, thus all the game data on the site and the commander data imports work only for those game versions.

hi there, very nice site. I have some feature requests

- Shipyards availability on stations, so you can see this stations has what ships available there.
- Conflict zones list. List of current active conflict zone,

Would it be possible to add a separate view for public log book entries .. now it seems I can only see the last 5 entries.

Also thanks for maintaining & developing this site. Great work!

Rurod - Shipyards availability on stations, so you can see this stations has what ships available there.

Hello, shipyards availability is not on the list currently, as there is usually no problem to get requested ship nearby and the effort to fill and maintain those lists doesn't worth it (and probably almost nobody will be doing it). But, there may be automated solution in the future, so it's not out of the desk...

Conflict zones - I was thinking about it earlier, but now - is still anybody actively looking for these? (I don't know, so I am asking). I thought with all community goals and powerplay missions there is always some conflict zone to find easily?

I am not very sure what do you mean, as there is pagination below each logbook listing (on CMDR page). Or do you mean shortlist on the News page?

I think, i'll repeat myself, but since the mobile api is used by several external tools there are much more shipvendors available.
Let's take Tradedangerous (that's the one i'm using). If you use the edapi plugin and you have opened the shipyard at a station before you run the plugin, you'll get automatically all ships sold at this station written to your local shipvendor.csv (besides normal commodity prices). Because it's automated and gets data directly from FD, it's really fine data.
Those shipvendor.csv files can then be uploaded to maddavo and there it gets merged.

In the short term:
shipvendorlists get bigger and are normally accurate at maddavo

PS: currently there are 642 vendors for sidewinder, 342 Asp, 422 Cobra, 47 Fer-de-Lance, 164 Dropship, 55 clipper and 156 for pythons
PPS: a good reason is that you can get allegiance specific ships near your home (ever tried to buy a clipper in alliance space?) That's possible!

Hello every one a friend of mine just made great comment about preparing and expanding in to systems .

A system may look un important with nagative credit ballance income or minerals however it still holds a strategic or tactical value for future preperations and expansions .in to other systems and might be staging or refueling areas for fleets

I meant like in the news page, so list of logs from all commanders + pagination.

Bah, I must revise my previous statement about station shipyards - I thought that information may be easily taken from Frontier's companion API, unfortunately the opposite is true. So, there will be station shipyard edit possible on Inara in the future.

Alright, I will push it somewhere, probably in next update.

I landed in Karsuki Ti with my Asp and saw a few CZs so went and transferred my Vulture only to find that there were no longer any CZs in the system. I can only presume that they come and go. I don't seem to be able to find any outside the CGs and like, at the moment, there are none

Hi Artie,

I've noticed that if I input a price on an illegal good (highlighted in red by default) the red highlight disappears, making the good look like a normal legal one.

I've got a good knowledge of the black markets, but the more innocent trader might run into some troubles thinking that the good they're shipping in is legal!

Could the red highlight stay after entering a price, just so that it's clear that the good is illegal and is traded on the black market?

Thanks!

Tuzo: Alright, adding it to ToDo list...

Marrakech: Well, it was made that way because there was/is game bug that shows some goods illegal on galaxy map, but it was perfectly legal on the market/system. It seems that with latest bounty/crime changes this bug remained, so it's possible to buy illegal goods on market but authorities are punishing it? Also for confirmation, which system/station/commodity it is?

Loriath: As I have no iPhone/iPad it seemed to me from various screenshots that Companion app shows just your ship there? But if it contains complete shipyard data, great then! Unfortunately, there are almost no shipyard data running on EDDN, so it will be better to have own edit anyway, to have this feature complete (if shipyard data flow doesn't improve on EDDN meanwhile).
