Small edit:
Rule 1: Never fly without rebuy
Rule 2: Seriously... See rule 1
Rule 3: If you're coming online to say "I lost my .... and didn't have enough to rebuy" I refer you to rules 1 and 2....
Rule 4: If you need help, ask on the forums. Less chance of being shot...

This is true in game as well.
Even if your taken to the cleaners, most folks are willing to help you and give you advice.

New to this site, amazing work by the way.
Been playing casually on the xbox since the preview but have been playing elite since C64.

I've been playing Frontier casually ever since I was a kid back in '95 with my big bro.
Now, I play much more often in my adult life. I started E:D on a friends PC after he'd told me they had remade it when we were gushing about the old versions. I couldn't believe I had completely missed this, my only regret being I couldn't help to support it in its early stages.
Anyway, I recently got E:D this year, for xbone, as my PC sucks Thargoid arse.
I never researched too much into it after playing it at my friend's house simply because I wanted to experience it myself.
Couple months down the line, I've explored a bit and seen some shit. Still got much to learn though.
Also, I'd just like to say I can not believe sites like this exist, to everybody involved, even the people who visit this every day. I never cease to be amazed at the Elite community.

I just got my pilots license utilizing the PS4.2.3 training module. It's been a bumpy ride, but being in the black is all that matters. I've started my career as a freelance bounty hunter, getting my feet wet with the souls of the (Mostly Harmless) wanted. I'm exploring my mercantile skills, but trying to navigate the trade routes has been harrowing to say the least. I'm looking forward to what this galaxy holds for me!
