CMDR Ozz Reporting for duty.
Looong time gamer and role player. I had to use up some shore leave for a bit from gaming to have two kids which are now old enough to play with me which is awesome for a game like this to get them interested in science/space-time, etc.
My first real MMO was Star Wars Galaxies (SWG) went by the name Quantix and played on Kettemoor in case anymore of you are out there.
I've just been fumbling my way through the game, learning as I go (90% friendly with Empire but only a Master lol). I scouted out a few communities for a bit now and you all seem like a great bunch. I'll save all my questions for a later time I just wanted to drop in and say hello!
EDIT: Playing on the Xbox a choice I now regret

They may serve strawberry rum at the InGaBa. They seem to have everything else, but if not, I'm sure they can mix one for you.

In the interest of preventing untrained CMDRs from attempting to try and eat or smell space, I feel obliged to point out that this taste/smell is localised to a specific region of space. Specifically a gas cloud close the the centre of the Galaxy known as Sagittarius B2.
Party equipment has been gathered and stored in preperation for its discovery within the game. Rest assured we will have a bar set up very shortly afterwards.
Fly Safe CMDR o7 (And don't try to eat space!!!)
