StarryFoxxHello everyone. Very new to the game. I have been watching it for over a year now debating on buying it. When the first encounter with the Thargoid occured this game really caught my eye. Now that they've declared war I could not wait by any longer. It was important for me to find a group early on. I hope to have many experiences with you all and please give me any tips you can. Looking forward to it.

Right, here it goes.
I've been playing the game for close to two years now, initially coming on to this game after it brought back memories of countless hours as a dweeb playing freespace 1 and 2 along with frontier games such as first encounters and whatnot on the old ibm, now collecting dust . After two years and more exploration hours than I'm comfortable with, I thought it would be time to stick my head out of my shell. I've used inara for around two months now posting pictures and logs for fun, but for the most part silent on discussion boards and other functions.

Hello everyone,

I am pretty new to ED. I was introduced to the game by my father-in-law or started playing back in the 80's I believe he said. I am currently playing on Xbox 1. Unfortunately I haven't found to many people to play with or that could possibly help me with random questions I have here and there. I started with doing alot of surface scans. But right now I'm REALLY REALLY wanting to do Passenger missions and Exploration.

So with all that being said. This is an AMAZING forum. I have been to IN and even did some missions for you guys/us(I guess) lol.

Anyone interested in adding me and playing/flying with me. Please send me a friend request on XBOX to BRT SL4CK3R o7 see you guys soon!!!!

Indeed, i played this game since 1984, and several of my wing (The Silverbacks), so it's indeed that old and has evolved amazingly. There a actually quite some players in the mean time..

There will be more than enough people to help you along , next to a very expanded and rich biosphere of fora, youtube-videos and backgroundinfo

Look around here and on the discordchannel you will find enough players to ask questions if needs be

You will enjoy and amazed

New to the Galaxy and thought to try ya"ll out. Waited for quite awhile before pulling the trigger on this game but i'm glad i finally did.
