Jace BeninThanks Tictac! I'm not very experienced, from when Elite: Dangerous came out until now I've only been running missions and bounty hunting but I will absolutely help in anyway I can! I've never hunted any Goids or gone exploring and I participated in my first community goal yesterday with the hullabaloo in Rind. I'm from the western USA, I'd like to visit Germany someday though!
Wonderful. Judt some goid basics: you need ax or guardian weaponry( guardian wep needs material grind. I already have 'em all) i'd recommend the plasma charger or gauss cannon. Thargs use thargon swarms as main defense. Tey to outrun or shoot them with a flak launcher. They also need to be actively scanned with a xeno scanner and a shutdownfield neutralizer would be handy, allthough you can 'be saved' if sb with a neutralizer is operating it inside a 3km range of you.

Hello Psycho. Some things have changed quite a bit and some things are just the same. Buy and engineer a Chieftan and fight Thargoids with Guardian weapons. That should cover most of the changes.

I go by CMDR Garlana, I've recently taken my poor neglected asp out of the hanger I left it in last year, got the necessary software to go planetside, and now am looking to meet fellow pilots and try out other ways to make may way in this big galaxy.
currently arriving at a sightseeing destination that, surprise, was almost 400kls out...
