Welcome storm dust. My advise is find ahat you like the most about the game and explore that element in your own time. Trial error is the best way to learn. Do be afraid to lose a ship or go to a place where you might get lost. Its all part of the learning process. Remember fdev support is always there if you have issues or places like this awesome community. .

GurlokGreetings CMDR Paris.
Might I suggest looking into joining a squadron. I'm sure you'll find one to suit your play style.

Real life takes us all away from the game from time to time. Having a squadron gives me something to come back to.

CMDR Mattius101Greetings...

I am CMDR Mattius

I am an explorer. I have flown a range of different ships from my humble
Mk III to the latest Anaconda. Been around the galaxy somewhat and
Although I have not been to some of the more far flung places in the galaxy I like to regard myself as an accomplished explorer.

I know there is something out there, beyone the rim. Neither thargoid or
Guardian. Something as old as sagitarius itself.

The thargoid's are running...

Good luck out there.
See you beyond the bubble.

I am like you, I believe there is something else out there waiting for us. Good or bad, it would be interesting to make that discovery. I might just consider another long exploration trip. Just purchased an Anaconda and deep space seems a good place to travel.

I only hope that we get something before the 2020 content release.

Used to have an Anaconda, lovely ship, flying a krait phantom these days though as I prefer the turn rate.

If you ever wanted to tag up in mobius, would be happy too. Mattius on steam.

Hello,

Long time player. First time poster.
Huge space sim fan. I've been playing ED on and off for about 2 years.
Flown all the ships. Seens the sights.
I'm interested in exploring the collaborative side of the game, so far I've been flying solo.
Looking for a squadron that doesn't take itself too seriously

ave atque vale! o7

As am i. Fairly grounded in solo play but would like to collaborate with other pilots myself. Playing from Aus so play in that time zone. Would like to hear from other cmdrs. Not fluent with the whole squadron deal but willing to learn. Cheers

The Silverbacks are an independent in-game PMF based in Arexe. We have members of all ages, play styles, and platforms, and we would be happy to fly with you. We're a pretty informal group, and always happy to help others.

Speaking personally, I had played the game for a few years before joining up. Being part of a squadron really helped open the game up for me, and really helps avoid burn-out. Good luck CMDRs, I hope you each find a group that suits you.
