I have had Elite for while now but now starting to really get into it more. I play mostly Open and have been doing a mix of Trade/Mining and Combat, just earned Elite in trade actually! I am married w/ 2 kids so I don't get as much time in the black as some but I find the time when I can. I am East Coast so if anyone wants to wing anytime add me and hit me up!!

Are there are squadrons specifically for VR players? I have had a search around and can't find anything. It isn't a criteria in the Squadron Search panel on Inara.
The main reason I'm looking for a specific VR Squadron is TYPING!
Most Squadrons seem to rely on typing most of their banter whilst playing, typing in VR is very difficult so Voice Comms is much easier.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm Professor Pyro a xenobioligist who recently got their pilots license! . I am very new to space faring but enjoy it very much. As an xenobiologist I enjoy learning about the galaxy and collecting data but have had enough run ins with criminals from both before and after I got my pilot's license have come to enjoy the thrill of bounty hunting and I don't shy away from mercenary work as it often presents a chance to help out other scientists and learn new things first hand.

Mostly play exploration, getting ready to make my first major journey here soon. I am looking to learn more about flying FA-off and light combat, just enough to hold my own and rank up in the Federal Navy. If anyone has suggestions for a gentle squadron to teach me, I'd be very happy for that! IRL has me limited in play time, but I am as regular as can be. Looking forward to getting involved with the community.

Elysian-WolfWell, I've been on Inara for a few days and playing E:D for a few months now, so it's about time to make my introduction.
Mostly play exploration, getting ready to make my first major journey here soon. I am looking to learn more about flying FA-off and light combat, just enough to hold my own and rank up in the Federal Navy. SplamNew explorer running about in my Cobra learning everything I can about building a ship and kit that lets me explore the deep unknowns without being civbound. PC/Casual/Solo until I find out how to connect with folks in Open. Free time varies as I'm an academic so life swings around the arc of semesters, course preps and research.
