Greetings Commanders! Although I have played ED in the past, I never really got into it as it felt a bit redundant and slow. So I put the game down for quite a while.

Now, I come from a family of flight sim fanatics with a weakness for sci-fi and when I initially saw this game was coming out I dropped Eve in the deep end of the pool because while Eve was okay, nothing beats the feel of piloting your ship with a HOTAS and experiencing it in the first person.

Since Horizons was released and having seen the amount of change implemented in the game since release, I have recently taken piloting back up. After watching some youtube videos on hitting the ground running, I have really been enjoying the game. It has so much more depth than I ever realized and it really makes exploring, mining, and combat quite the engaging experience.

Maybe I'll see some of you out there. In the meantime, fly safe Commanders.

Not sure.. but i have dibbs on the first interstellar steampunk corseted puffy-dress if one enters the wardrobe!
The leatheresque flightsuit squeaks too much when i move.. my co pilots keep looking at me funny.

Hi, I’m not sure whether you’ve seen my photos in the gallery but I’m still fairly new on here but not on elite. As a PS4 player I am in the minority but in that I import my photos onto my iPad then edit and post. Something still feels missing. The fact of being not so easily contacted in game as well as I want a different coloured dashboard. There’s not else I can say but I’m sure you’ll welcome me, my first real speech post as I don’t really use the forums.
