I am a relatively new ED player, but gamer for many years. I have been hitting the ED sites for references and came across such a great community here I thought i'd get involved. My Commander has an interesting back story which I will be exploring through logs as he explores the ED world. Look forward to meeting you all in ED space.

I've played a while and am now starting to get into RP, research, lore and more interesting things around.
Joining up with Canonn research has been very interesting, and I hope to continue my RP with techno-archaeology and research as it comes about.
I am most interested in finding lost things! Hope we can RP together soon, although I spend a lot of time away from the bubble.

I'm somewhat of a techno-archaeologist myself. I was downstairs in my garage last weekend going through old boxes of stuff to get rid of, and I found a bunch of tech from the 1990s. Floppy disks, serial gender adapters, even an external SCSI 8mm tape drive. There were more IDE cables than I remember ever owning. I can only assume they reproduced on their own. Somewhere down there is a box with my old 1980's PC that I had in college.
