SakashiroThose torps are scary.
250m/s .... even a type-9 can outrun them. However, most of the torpedo users do not fire them behind you but on rather intercepting course which puts ships with a lot of drift in a very dangerous position when trying to change direction. A CMDR with a small or medium nimble ship will just laughter disregarding the torps.
Victims of torpedoes are usually caught by surprise either by their existence or sneaky stealth attack.

I believe so but I never actually tested it. Reverberating Cascade attack directly shield generator integrity but MRP should still apply.
Let me know if you want to test it either as receiver or donor of torps.
