KurakilI think the quality of ED's soundtrack is fine. The quantity and variety is a bit lacking though. I listen to other soundtracks while I play ED and have been doing so for quite some time now. I turn it back on for a few days on rare occasions to remember what it is but that's about it.
A huge quality of life improvement would be some kind of in game radio station system. [i.e. the radio station in Rebel Galaxy] I understand why they don't allow imported music, but some licensed music would be nice.

i have done it already kind of i got elite in exploration by scanning 1mil water worlds.

I am not a miner, but today for a change I took my mining ship to a pristine ring (intentionally hotspot free) only for laser mining and the difference was interesting.. collected approx 10,000,000.
There are more efficient ways to mine, and other types of mining, I found a low temp diamond triple hotspot place wasn’t the best a few weeks back in Odyssey.
So for increasing credits faster, large cargo runs are for me currently winning.
(Passenger runs are plan b).

CG module rewards are typically sent around the next weekly server maintenance, or on the date specified explicitly in the CG description when that is the case. When the description declares 'you can collect your rewards at such and such a location' they are referring to your credit reward aspect which causes this confusion. Don't worry your Mining Laser of doom will arrive within the week.

ye know what i am refitting my jump conda for mining and taking it to oblivion to mine in peace. anyone have any suggestions.

It was last last winter since I took my ship out for a spin. Wanted to see how it is all now? As the summer draws in and the nights get longer - i am feeling the urge to jump into my ship and get back out into the stars.
SO was wondering how is the update now? Have FDev ironed out most the issues? Also what is the recommended minimum speck required to run ED now?

Short answer: No they have not ironed out most of the issues. There has been some improvements but lighting is still wonky, framerates are below what they used to be, and surface pop in/graphical issues are rampant. It is playable, but nowhere near where it should be. If you specifically plan on being an explorer it isn't so bad, just disappointing.
ED's recommended minimum is listed on their steam store page. It should still be playable on any system that ran Horizons, although there are ongoing performance issues that are software related so expect a degradation in this respect for the near future.
