Lohnt sich das überhaupt wen man Odyssey spielen möchte ? Ich habe gehört, das es für die Konsolen kein Odyssey kommen soll. Meine Vermutung ist halt das möglicherweise Staffeln eher kein Odyssey spielen.
Wie sind den da eure Erfahrungen ?

I've seen a couple of streamers do quite well using console and the GEFORCE plug-in to allow ODY on console. Mad King Hastur on Twitch plays with this on XBOX. It may be worth dropping by his stream to see how it works for him. I don't think his German is good, however.

Ich habe ein paar Streamer gesehen, die ziemlich gut mit der Konsole und dem GEFORCE-Plug-In gearbeitet haben, um ODY auf der Konsole zuzulassen. Mad King Hastur auf Twitch spielt damit auf XBOX. Es kann sich lohnen, bei seinem Stream vorbeizuschauen, um zu sehen, wie es für ihn funktioniert. Allerdings finde ich sein Deutsch nicht gut.

While I've played Elite almost exclusively solo, lately I've been venturing into open mode in anti-xeno conflict zones, specifically planetary stations. I figured that way I could take advantage of the presence of other commanders engaged in anti-xeno combat. I thought that given my lack of anti-xeno combat expertise this situation might be easier. So I built an anti-xeno ship and spent about 930 million, with a buyback cost of 50 million. I know that in the open mode several real players force situation with inopportune combats. I already had this experience. However, I was surprised by the action of Commander LIQUIDSNAKESRB (LIQUIDSNAKE013 at INARA). As soon as I entered the anti-Xeno conflict zone I was attacked, without any warning or message until my ship was destroyed. I don't know if the unfortunate thought it would go unnoticed due to the fact that it was an anti-xeno conflict zone. The fact is that it was registered. I sincerely hope that the episode has contributed to the unfortunate man, making him feel more manly and strong, things he may not have in real life, and I also take the opportunity to warn the noble commanders (I hope they feel noble) that make the game (and I know it's just a game) a better virtual place for general enjoyment and not at the expense of others. So I'm staying on the ground for now.

Your ship is strong enough to hold for awhile. You should've be able to high wake.
Else it is typical for gankers to go into popular hotspots (that includes AX CZs). Try to get some awareness skills and always have escape plan while playing in open.
P.S. You said your ship worth was 900mil, so I assume you're talking for this cutter named Nefast. If I were in same instance and saw you deploy that SLF I would attack you ... even though I am not a ganker or PvPer.

Because they are useless asset that mess the instance especially when piloted by NPC.
They are fine for Solo and PGs though.

"Mess the instance"? Dude, if you attack fellow players because of a glitch that's the developers' fault, and no fault of the player, you're a ganker. If the game glitches out, send a bug report - don't harass other players because of it.
Folks like you are why I never play in open.

P.S. For the record I usually ask them to recall SLF or leave the instance. Not if it matters though. Eventually you will live/play long enough and understand what I mean.

I find them useless as well, but isn't that a subjective thing? Maybe the entertainment value of commanding an NPC wingman is worth something to some players? Where do you draw the line on eliminating sub-optimal ship builds? For example, CMDRs in Asp Scouts or Cobra MK IVs?

(scratches head) I've never seen an SLF mess with an instance, although given FDEV's peer-to-peer instance networking, it's possible? I guess?
I see issues when in an instance with people long physical distances from each other ie, US <-> AU because of the ping times.
