That is the best temporary solution until other issues are fixed. Most of the problems that remain are thanks to...special people... being in charge

if you follow the Culture, their Minds (AI) have made human existence post scarcity - we are therefore wanting for nothing. We only currently have, for every structure of human construct is based primarily on a Pyramid except our planets Biology/ecology which is not Pyramid but circular and everything has its purpose.

In Germany maybe. As for Austria. We just deported 3 children into countries they barely know because they and their families have spent a long time here (one of them, a 12 year old girl was even born here). They were taken out of their lives and known environments and deported because the validation system for citizenship failed and the responsible minister is making excuses.
