You adorable rogue! Romancing two at the same time?
Dangerous or opportunistic?

That's a good way to get shot.
waitaminnit, not if they can all come together as friends!
I recall 'back in the day' when I had a date with 3 guys. All at the same time. Everyone was friendly.

Ohhhhh. I see where this is going.
..and I like it.
Maybe because I'm used to polyamorous relationships.

KalenarIt's an excellent game, especially considering it's still in early access. And surprisingly beautiful, imho.
I've been looking at screenshots. It's amazing how lighting can make even low detail assets look good.
I enjoyed playing Conan Exiles for a while, but that game had a fixed map which at some point became boring. Valheim's map appears to be procedurally generated. And it has voxel terrain, so you can build hills or dig caves. I love that.

Yeah, there's a big difference between a game having outdated graphics and a game where the devs made the concious choice to work with low poly-count/low-res assets. Shaders and animations are great as well.
And yes, Valheim's map is procgen'd.
Unforunately you can't dig caves (the ceiling will instantly collapse, basically) or level an entire mountain (because you hit bedrock fairly quickly). The building system also imposes limitations on structural integrity, but that's a plus imo.
Progression is also really well done, especially compared to many other sandbox/open-world games (*cough*ED*cough*).

Yes, it seems I was wrong about the terrain system. It's height map based, not voxel. Slightly disappointing. I played Empyrion and Space Engineers for a while, and digging tunnels and building parts of your base underground is a lot of fun in those games.
