RawnuSampi OgonekRawnuBtw if you love Odyssey and need to refill your mats, take power restoration missions now from e.g. Mars High in Sol (avoid Mother Gaia if possible for... reasons). They are easy, you get to shoot scavengers, and you can loot the entire settlement once power is restored.
Does that mean this bug either is fixed or does not affect Sol?

Rawnu, it's the empty (of mats) settlement bug. Apparently it happens "always" for the person reporting it; I only ever saw it when relogging for Power Regs.
Sampi, I'll let you know what I see. I did a ton (i.e. everything I needed) of mats grinding BEFORE Ascension.

Replying to myself: The bug does not appear to affect Sol; I took an AX Reactivation mission there and there was plenty of assets/data/goods to loot at the target settlement. (There were also Power Containers and Power Data present, which appears to be linked to the bug — it has been reported that the bug affects only systems where no PowerPlay-related items are present at settlements.)
So yes, for those who need Odyssey materials Sol is the best place to gather them at present. (This will probably end at the Thursday tick as all Odyssey settlements are likely to return to normal functioning.)
