Guess it was the "Ferreira Tourist Lodge " it rings a bell, but in all this time I got ~17 cat/ multimedia / Classic Entertainment videos I only got a single smear campaigns, if! I'm not mistaken.

one thing, it must have been there , because I can remember checking noteworthy data, downloaded all the crap I was slowly getting mad at me for wasting so much time, as I even didn't know if it's worth it, or if I even needed it and I believe smear campaign hit my eye, so I checked on inara for the !current worth of data, to spare me some time and not downloading everything

Yes, Horizons was way better for Raw Materials. Lucky for me I don't really need any more. I only ever found grade 1 in Odyssey. I just use Anaconda crash sites if I need any, and even those are not as efficient now.




What I do not understand is why the Odyssey surface POIs have racks with maglock which drop raw mats that needs to be scooped with SRV.


I like the fact that space legs haven't made SRVs redundant. High gravity, too hot, too cold... SRVs are still required. Otherwise no one would equip them any more. No one would waste 6t on a vehicle hangar.


Not everyone with Odyssey is actually USING the space legs aspect of the game. Especially if you're a VR player.

Has anyone put Audio Masking on a L-6? A grenade launcher with a silencer sounds an interesting prospect.

I have one which I found on frontier store. I doubt anyone can apply this upgrade otherwise.

Was curious how effective it was at taking out guards without setting off alarms. Seemed like fun to have a ninja bloop tube.

I can't log in to the game-I couldn't get the commander's data from the server. Try again in a few minutes. What is the problem? I played normally, but as soon as I got to the station, the network disappeared and I can no longer enter the game. Help!

Was curious how effective it was at taking out guards without setting off alarms. Seemed like fun to have a ninja bloop tube.


I have tried few combat missions with the morning copy.
  • First of all, I am not big fan of this weapon. On a contrary, I think this is the least flexible weapon in the game.
  • Very slow reload.
  • Very low magazine size.
  • AoE is large making it unwise to use indors or in close quarter fights.
  • It is too noisy. Not the weapon itself but the explosion of the projectile.

With that being said here is my observation of the weapon used with audio masking:
  • NPCs won't hear you shooting, but they will hear the explosion. This will attract and alert everyone in large area.
  • The splash damage do not look like sufficient to take an enemy which is on the edge of AoE. (tried this with level 3 enemies)
  • If you damage an enemy but you do not kill it you become red on its radar and it will start closing your position.
  • Scope is very poor, its zoom level is on par with side arms zoom. Not quite useful on range.

I had this last Thursday. I was in APEX and the game crashed as soon as it dropped to the station from SC. Tried few times with different game modes but nothing helped. I have even tried to sutch back to Horizons but I was kicked out probably because I was in APEX. At some point, after 6th - 7th attempt (I lost count) I got it fixed by itself.

You better file a support ticket if this continue.

It is probably some infrastructure. I just played for 60 min and had no problem, but I see that people reporting scarlet kraits on official forums.

Thanks for running the testing. When doing CZs it might be a useful secondary weapon for getting damage on multiple enemies, should farm more combat bonds that way.

Could also be fun a fun method of distracting people whilst you jack your way into buildings. Fire it off into the far end of the base and slip into the security building whilst they are distracted. Then again, I suppose a grenade would do the same task. I'm still working on my upgrades and haven't engineered anything yet.

Yes, for CZ it is viable 2nd primary weapon but you do not need audio masking there anyway. Actually, I looked for this weapon after I have encountered last NPC of a CZ being in a wall and it was impossible to kill it. I thought the splash damage could help in such case and when I started looking for pre-upgraded gear I found this one with audio masking. A bad luck if you ask me, I would prefer one without mod as they cannot be removed.

But since I do not see this bug anymore - my weapons of choice for CZ are 2x Executioner + Tormentor. Now considering to upgrade Intimidator to g5 .

Yeah that's what I'm going with. A long range and medium range Executioner seems like a good way to go. I want to like the Oppressor but the damage output makes it useless.

Not convinded by the Intimidator, 3 round clip v 5 round clip (modded) when both Executioner and Intimidator only need 2 shots to kill, and the Executioner has a much better range.

Tormentor is great indoors when taking our the workers. Just need to get it silenced.

I really like the Intimidator but that's probably because it fits my preferred playstyle. I usually don't have anything at long range so I just use the Tormentor for the mid-range if I need it. I tried the Oppressor but... meh. Nothing special I would say. Haven't used the Executioner much do idk one way or the other about that one.

Opresor need balancing I got one g3 with stability, but damage output is joke. So I removed it from my loadout and forgot it.
Tormentor at G5 have roughly 2/3rd damage of g5 Executioner and in most of the cases 2 shots are enough to kill any shielded NPV(NPCs around and bellow the one in medium CZ)

I am considering intimidator as primer close combat weapon as Executioner is not very handy for that. However, I do not think magazine is good mod. I think I will go for hip accuracy, stowed reload, faster reload and better handling.
